Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը ԵԱՏՄ-ում զարգացման դրական տենդենց է տեսնում

Հայաստանի անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը երկրի համար հասանելի է դարձրել միության 180 միլիոնանոց շուկան, ինչը Հայաստանի նման փոքր երկրի համար բավականին մասշտաբային շուկա է: Deutsche Welle գործակալությանը տված հարցազրույցում այս մասին ասել է ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը: «Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության ձևավորումից անցել է գրեթե երկու տարի: Այն ստեղծվել է միջազգային տնտեսական ծանր մրցակցության պայմաններում, տնտեսական դժվարություններ ուներ նաև Ռուսաստանը, որը միության շարժիչ ուժն է: Կային տնտեսական պատժամիջոցներ, որոնք մինչ այս պահը շարունակվում են: Դա շատ բարդ ժամանակահատված էր: Ու, չնայած բոլոր այս դժվարություններին, դրականն ակնհայտ է: Հայաստանի նման փոքր, բայց բավականին բաց տնտեսական համակարգ ունեցող երկրների վրա տնտեսական բացասական տենդենցներն ազդեցություն ունենում են: Սակայն մեր անդամակցությունը Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությանը մեզ համար հասա նելի դարձրեց միության 180 միլիոնանոց շուկան, իսկ Հայաստանի համար բավականին մասշտաբային շուկա է»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` ասել է Նալբանդյանը:
Նախարարը կարևորել է այն հանգամանքը, որ Հայաստանի արտադրանքն առանց մաքսային վճարների և ադմինիստրատիվ դժվարությունների մուտք է գործում այդ հսկայական շուկա: Նալբանդյանը կարևորել է նաև միության տարածքում կապիտալի, ներդրումների, աշխատուժի և ծառայությունների ազատ տեղաշարժը: «Սրանք բավականին լուրջ ուղղություններ են, որոնց վրա աշխատում է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը: Անցած երկու տարիների ընթացքում արդեն հավաքվել է բավականին դրական փորձ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության զարգացման իրավական բազան ձևավորելու տեսանկյունից: Բնական է , որ միության անդամ երկրների քաղաքացիներն ավելին են ակնկալում, և որքան հնարավոր է շուտ մենք ցանկանում ենք ավելի շատ դրական տեղաշարժ տեսնել: Սակայն այստեղ կարևորը դրական տենդենցն է, որը մենք տեսնում ենք: Օրինակ, 2016թ. Հայաստանը 50 տոկոսով ավելացրել է արտահանման ծավալները»,- եզրափակել է նախարարը:
