Աճուրդի կենտրոնում ամենամեծ պահանջարկն ունեն փոխադրամիջոցները

Պետական գույքի կառավարման վարչության Աճուրդի կենտրոնում 2017թ. ընթացքում` 17.02. դրությամբ, վաճառքի էր ներկայացված 350 լոտ, որից 282-ը՝ տրանսպորտային միջոց, 62-ը՝ այլ շարժական գույք, 6-ը՝ լուծարման ընթացքում գտնվող ընկերությունների անշարժ գույք: Ներկայացվածներից վաճառվել է 177 լոտ, որից 138-ը՝ փոխադրամիջոց, 40-ը՝ այլ շարժական գույք, 2-ը՝ լուծարման ընթացքում գ տնվող ընկերությունների գույք:
«Արմենպրես»-ին ՊԳԿ վարչությունից տեղեկացրին, որ վաճառված տրանսպորտային միջոցների մեկնարկային ընդհանուր գինը կազմել է 37 մլն 232 հազար ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ վաճառքի ընդհանուր գումարը կազմել է մոտ 43 մլն 488 հազար դրամ` 6 մլն 256 հազար դրամով կամ մոտ 17 տոկոսով ավելի:
Վաճառված տրանսպորտային միջոցների կատարման տոկոսը 2016թ-ի համեմատ աճել է շուրջ 60 տոկոսով: Այս փաստերը վկայում են աճուրդների մրցակցային պայմանների մասին. մեքենաները հիմնականում վաճառվում են մեկնարկայինից բարձր գնով: Հիշեցնենք, որ օպտիմալացված ծառայողական ավտոմեքենաների նկատմամբ հանրային մեծ հետաքրքրություն կա և օրական հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներ են այցելում ինչպես պահառության կենտրոնացված վայր, այնպես էլ՝ Աճուրդի կենտրոն, բազմաթիվ հեռախոսազանգեր են հնչում Վարչության թեժրծով: Հրապարակային աճուրդները շարունակվում են, դրանց վերաբեր յալ ծանուցումները հրապարակվում են ՊԳԿՎ պաշտոնական՝ spm.am և ԱՆ azdarar.am կայքերում:
Աճուրդի կենտրոնում բավականին մեծ հետաքրքրություն կա նաև վարձակալությամբ տրվող տարածքների նկատմամբ, ինչը պայմանավորված է վերջին տարիներին այստեղ ևս հրապարակային աճուրդների կիրառմամբ: Այսինքն, պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող, ինչպես նաև ՊՈԱԿ-ներին ամրացված տարածքները ևս վարձակալության են տրամադրվում հրապարակային սակարկությունների միջոցով. 2017թ. շուրջ 1 ամսվա ընթացքում կազմակերպվել է վարձակալության տրամադրման 35 աճուրդ, որից կայացել է 24-ը, իսկ վաճառքի էր ներկայացվել 63 լոտ: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ 2014թ. ընթացքում օրինակ, կազմակերպվել է գույքի վարձակալության տրամադրման 196 աճուրդ՝ կայացել էր 138-ը, 2013թ-ին՝ 153 աճուրդ, կայացել էր 117-ը:
Վերջին տարիներին բազմակի ավելացել են ՊՈԱԿ-ների տարածքների վարձակալությունից գոյացող մուտքերը: Եթե 2011-12թթ. դրանք կազմել են 45-46 մլն դրամ, ապա 2016թ-ին այդ թիվը կազմել է 141 մլն դրամ:
