ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորմամբ զբաղվող ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների աշխատանքի ներկայիս ձևաչափին այլընտրանք չկա: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:
«Եթե մենք իսկապես հանձնառու ենք փոխադարձ ընդունելի լուծում որոնելու անհրաժեշտության վերաբերյալ սկզբունքային պայմանավորվածություններին, իմ խորը համոզմամբ, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների աշխատանքի ներկայիս ձևաչափին այլընտրանք չկա»,- հայտարարել է Լավրովը:
ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարարի խոսքով՝ համանախագահների եռյակի առաջատար դերի օգտին բազմիցս հանդես են եկել ինչպես Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի նախագահները, այնպես էլ ԵԱՀԿ բոլոր անդամները:
«Համանախագահներն անգործության մատնված չեն: Ես չեմ կարող այդպես որակել այն, ինչ այժմ այդ եռյակի շրջանակներում տեղի է ունենում: Համանախագահներն իրենց եռակողմ փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա, որոնք պարբերաբար տարածվել են որպես ԵԱՀԿ պաշտոնական փաստաթղթեր, արտահայտվել են բանակցային գործընթացի արագացման և ակտիվացման օգտին: Վերջին նման փաստաթուղթն ընդունվել է բառացիորեն օրերս՝ անվտանգության հարցերով Մյունխենի համաժողովի շրջանակներում: Այդ փաստաթղթերը բաց են և առանց երկիմաստության նշում են այդ ձևաչափով և այն սկզբունքներին համահունչ աշխատելու անհրաժեշտության մասին, որոնք համանախագահների աջակցությամբ կողմերը համաձայնեցրել են»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
Ավելի վաղ հաղորդվել էր, որ Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարարներ Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը և Սերգեյ Լավրովը Մոսկվայում կայացած հանդիպման ընթացքում կարծիքներ են փոխանակել Հարավային Կովկասում իրավիճակի՝ ներառյալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության վերաբերյալ:
«Ռուսաստանը հանդես է գալիս այդ հակամարտության փոխադարձ ընդունելի լուծման որոնումը շարունակելու օգտին՝ այն փաստաթղթերի հիման վրա, որոնք վերջին տարիներին ստորագրվել են Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի նախագահների և ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի երեք համանախագահ երկրների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
«Ընդհանուր առմամբ, ես վստահ եմ, որ բանակցությունները կնպաստեն մեր բարեկամական դաշնակցային հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացմանը»,- հավելել է նա:
