Պարզվում է՝ սխտորն օգնում է նիհարել և քաղցկեղի հզոր կանխարգելիչ է: Սխտորի թուրմը սպրիտով կօգնի ազատվել օրգանիզմի մակաբույծներից, կերիտասարդացնի անոթները, կազատի ավելորդ խոլեստերինից, կարագացնի նյութափոխանակությունը:
Բայց պետք է մեկ պարտադիր կանոն պահպանել առավելագույն բուժիչ արդյունքի հասնելու համար…

Բաղադրիչները՝
- 200 գ սպիրտ
- 200 գ. մաքրված ճզմած սխտոր
Պատրաստումը՝
1. Նախքան սխտորը ճզմելը հեռացրու սխտորների միջուկները, եթե կոպիտ և են: Երիտասարդ սխտորը կարելի է այդ պրոցեդուրային չենթարկել:
2. Սխտորի վրա սպիրտ լցրու: Թող խառնուրդը թրմվի մոտ 10 օր, հետո քամիր և պահիր մութ տեղում:
Ինչպես ընդունել սխտորի թուրմը
10 կաթիլ սխտորի թուրմը լուծիր 5 ճ. գ. սառը կաթի մեջ: Խմիր ուտելուց 20 րոպե առաջ օրը 2 անգամ 2 շաբաթ, հետո ընդմիջում արա 2 շաբաթով ու 2-շաբաթյա կուրսը կրկնիր ևս մեկ անգամ:
Արդեն մեկ շաբաթ անց կնկատես, որ լավացել է մարսողությունը, ուտելուց հետո որովայնում ծանրություն չի լինի:
Հնարավոր է քաշի կորուստ: Անոթների մաքրման արդյունքում կվերանան քրոնիկ գլխացավերը, նաև քունը կնորմալանա:
Սխտորի թուրմը դրականորեն է ազդում նաև մաշկի վիճակի վրա, այն շատ ավելի արագ կթարմանա, կձգվի, կվերանան թերությունները:
