Ագրեսիվ երեխաներին կօգնի Օմեգա 3-ը

Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ Օմեգա 3 ճարպաթթուներն օգնում են ժամանակավորապես հաղթահարել մանկական ագրեսիան:
Հետազոտությունների շրջանակում, որոնք նվիրված են երեխաների պահվածքի վրա սննդակարգի ազդեցությանը, մասնագետներն ուսումնասիրել են անչափահասներին: Ոմանք կես տարվա ընթացքում հավելումներ են ստացել, որոնք պարունակել են օմեգա 3 ճարպային թթուներ, մյուսների սննդակարգը ոչ մի կերպ չի փոխվել: Փորձարարական խմբից անչափահասների մոտ ագրեսիայի եւ ասոցիալ պահվածքի մակարդակն էականորեն նվազել է:

Մեկ ուրիշ փորձարկմանը 11-12 տարեկան 290 երեխա է մասնակցել: Երեխաներից յուրաքանչյուրի մոտ ագրեսիվ պահվածքի առնվազն մեկ դրվագ էր արձանագրվել: Նրանց բաժանել էին 4 խմբի. առաջինները հյութ են խմել, երկրորդները թերապիայի կուրս են անցել` ամեն օր մեկ ժամ զրուցելով մասնագետի հետ: Երրորդները հավելումներ են ընդունել եւ միաժամանակ հոգեբանի են այցելել, իսկ չորրորդ խմբի մասնակիցներին ուղղակի տեղեկություններ են տրամադրվել ագրեսիվ պահվածքի դեմ պայքարի միջոցների մասին:
Փորձարկումը 3 ամիս է տեւել: Նախքան փորձարկումը եւ ավարտից հետո ուսումնասիրվել է երեխաների արյան մեջ օմեգա 3-ի պարունակությունը: Պարզվել է, որ երեխաները, որոնց սննդակարգում հյութ էին մտցրել օմեգա 3-ի հավելմամբ, փորձարկման ավարտից հետո պակաս ագրեսիվ էին, քան նրանք, ովքեր նման հավելումներ չեն օգտագործել:
Մասնագետները հավելում են, որ այս մեթոդի արդյունավետությունը երկարատեւ չի: Կես տարի անց անչափահասների պահվածքը դարձյալ առաջվանն է դառնում:
