Սումգայիթում հայերի նկատմամբ կատարվածը կազմակերպվել էր Ադրբեջանի պետանվտանգության կոմիտեն

Սումգայիթում հայերի նկատմամբ տեղի ունեցածը կազմակերպվել և իրականացվել էր Ադրբեջանի պետանվտանգության կոմիտեի կողմից: Այդ մասին վկայում են բազմաթիվ փաստաթղթեր, տեսանյութեր, լուսանկարներ, վկայություններ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց «Սովորական ցեղասպանություն» նախագծի համակարգող Մարինա Գրիգորյանը, Սումգայիթի դեպքում գոծ ունենք փաստագրված գործողության հետ:
«Բազմաթիվ են փաստաթղթերը, վկայությունները, տեսանյութերը, լուսանկարները, որոնք վկայում են պետականորեն կազմակերպված հանցագործության մասին: «Սովորական ցեղասպանություն» նախագծի շրջանակում Սումգայիթը մեր ամենակարևոր թեմաներից մեկն է եղել, մենք ցանկացած տեղ պատրաստ ենք ապացուցել, որ «սումգայիթը», որպես քաղաքականության դրսևորում, մտահղացել, կազմակերպել և իրականացրել էր Ադրբեջանի պետանվտանգության կոմիտեն: Խորհրդային Միության պետանվտանգության կոմիտեն լուռ համաձայնություն էր տվել: Կարող ենք ասել, որ այն աջակցել է բռնÕ �րարքների կատարմանը: Կան բացառիկ կադրեր, որոնք ապացուցում են այդ ամենը»,-ասաց Մարինա Գրիգորյանը:
1988 թվականի փետրվարի 27-ին, 28-ին և 29-ին Բաքվից 25 կմ հեռավորությամբ գտնվող Սումգայիթ քաղաքում այրել, սպանել, մասնատել, տանջամահ են արել, տարհանել են հայերին: Այդ 3 օրում ոչ ադրբեջանական, ոչ կենտրոնական իշխանությունները չէին միջամտում վայրագ ամբոխի գործողություններին: Միայն երրորդ օրը` փետրվարի 29-ին, քաղաք մտցվեց զորքը, սակայն առանց միջամտելու հրամանի, նույնիսկ դատարկ փամփուշտներով: Պաշտոնական տվյալներով եղել է 27 սպանված, 100 վիրավոր, 200 բնակարան ավերվել է: Մարինա Գրիգորյանն ընդգծեց` այս տվյալները շատ հեռու են իրականությունից:
«Ադրբեջանն այս քաղաքականությունը ժառանգել է Թուրքիայից: 70 տարում եղել են խտրականություն, էթնիկ զտումներ, անպատիժ սպանություններ, հայաթափություն: Եթե նախկինում դա արվում էր քողարկված, ապա 1988 թվականի փետրվարին Սումգայիթում իրականացվեց բացեիբաց և կրեց ցուցադրական բնույթ»,-ասաց Մարինա Գրիգորյանը:
Ադրբեջանի սումգայիթյան քաղաքականությունն իր շարունակությունը գտավ նաև դրան հաջորդող տարիներին: Եվ դա ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեց, որ Սումգայիթում չի եղել ամբոխի պոռթկում, դա եղել է կոնկրետ քաղաքականության դրսևորում: Սումգայիթյան քաղաքականությունը շարունակվում էր Գանձակում, Բաքվում, Շամխորում, Արցախի տարածքում, երբ իրականացվեց «Օղակ» գործողությունը, դրա դրսևորումը եղավ նաև Մարաղայում:
«Զարմանում էինք, երբ 2004 թվականին Բուդապեշտում կացնահարվեց հայ սպան, անցյալ տարվա ապրիլին ունեցանք գլխատման 3 դեպք, այնինչ, այդ ամենը արդեն Սումգայիթում եղել էր: Գլխատումը, մարմնի մասնատումը Ադրբեջանի համար սովորական բան է»,-ասաց Մարինա Գրիգորյանը:
