Նարնջագույն մրգերն օգտակար են սրտի համար. գիտնականներ

Ամերիկացի գիտնականներն այն մարդկանց, ովքեր սրտի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունեն, խորհուրդ են տալիս հնարավորինս շատ օգտագործել հատկապես նարնջագույն մրգեր: Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում նրանք եկել են եզրակացության, որ նարինջը, մանդարինը, ծիրանը և այլ նարնջագույն մրգեր պաշտպանում են մարդու օրգանիզմը և կանխում են սիրտ-անոթային հիվանդությունների զարգացումը:
Գիտնականները վստահ են, որ նարնջագույն մրգերը և բանջարեղենը հարուստ են անտիօքսիդներով, որոնք մի քանի ժամով կանխում են վնասակար նյութերի ազդեցությունը:
Սրտի նորմալ աշխատանքի համար անհրաժեշտ է միկրոէլեմենտների մի ամբողջ խումբ, հատկապես կալիում, որոնք շատ են թարմ ծիրանի մեջ:
Պարզվում է, որ ծիրանի օգտակարությունը նրա մեջ պարունակվող կալիումի հաշվին է: Կալիումը բարելավում է անոթների վիճակը, օգնում է օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել թունավոր նյութերը, կարգավորում է զարկերակային ճնշումը: Ի դեպ, կալիումի քանակությունը ծիրանաչրի մեջ 5-6 անգամ ավելի շատ է, քան թարմ ծիրանի:
Սրտին օգտակար են գրեթե բոլոր թարմ մրգերը: Հատապտուղները ոչ միայն լրացնում են օրգանիզմի վիտամինային պաշարն ու սնուցում սրտի մկանները, այլ նաև բարձրացնում են հեմոգլոբինի քանակն արյան մեջ:
