Թուրք-իրանական հարաբերությունների սրացումը թուրքագետը կապում է տարածաշրջանում ուժային վերաբաշխման հետ

 Թուրքիայի և Իրանի հարաբերությունների սրացումը պայմանավորված է տարածաշրջանում ուժային դերակատարության և վերաբաշխման գործոնով:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ փետրվարի 24-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց թուրքագետ ԼևոնՀովսեփյանը:

«Վերջին տարիներին թուրք-իրանական հարաբերությունները զարգացում ապրեցին հատկապես էներգետիկ ոլորտում: Տարածաշրջանի շահերի բախումը երկու պետությունները փորձել են կոմպենսացնել հենց այդ համագործակցության շրջանակներում: Սակայն սիրիական և իրաքյան հակամարտություններում շահերի բախումը բավական ցայտուն դրսևորվեց, և երկու պետությունների մոտեցումների ընդհանուր ձևակերպումներ գտնելու փորձը անհաջողության մատնվեց»,- ասաց թուրքագետը:

Թուրքագետը չի կարծում, որ թուրք-իրանական հարաբերությունների վատթարացումը կհանգեցնի ուղղակի բախումների, այնուամենայնիվ, թուրքագետը չի բացառում անուղղակի բախումները սիրիական և իրաքյան հակամարտությունների թատերաբեմում:

Ըստ Հովսեփյանի՝ տարածաշրջանում նոր զարգացումները կապված են ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի նոր ծրագրերի հետ:

«Որոշակի ազդակներ կան, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները փորձում է ձևավորել հակաիրանական կոալիցիա: Թուրք-իրանական հարաբերությունների սրացմանը նպաստել է նաև այս հանգամանքը»,- ասաց թուրքագետը և հավելեց, որ չի բացառում Ադրբեջանի ընդգրկումն այդ կոալիցիայում:

Հովսեփյանի խոսքով՝ այս հարաբերությունների սրացումը էական ազդեցություն չի կարող ունենալ Հայաստանի և Արցախի վրա:

«Հայաստանն այս պարագայում պետք է իրականացնի իր բոլոր ծրագրերը Իրանի հետ, թե հաղորդակցման ոլորտում: Իրանը վերանայում է կոմունիկացիոն կապի իր քաղաքականությունը, և Հայաստանը այստեղ կարող է կարևոր դերակատարություն ստանձնել»,- ընդգծեց Հովսեփյանը:

Թուրքիայի և Իրանի միջև կոշտ հռետորաբանությամբ ուղեկցվող լարվածությունը սկսվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը Բահրեյնում ունեցած ելույթի ժամանակ Իրանին մեղադրեց Իրաքում և Սիրիայում կրոնական անհանդուրժողականություն հրահրելու և Իրաքի մասնատման ուղղությամբ աշխատանք տանելու մեջ:

Էրդողանի մեղադրանքներին ի պատասխան Իրանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը հայտարարություն տարածեց, որտեղ ասվում էր, որ Իրաքում Իրանի ներկայությունը հիմնված է Բաղդադի օրինական խնդրանքի վրա և նպատակ ունի պայքարել ահաբեկչության դեմ:

«Իրանի առաջնահերթությունը տարածաշրջանի անվտանգության և կայունության ապահովումն է: Այս խնդիրը չի կարող լուծվել առանց տարբերելու ահաբեկիչներին աջակցող քաոսի դերակատարներին և իրական կայունություն ցանկացողներին:

Տարածաշրջանի առաջնորդների շարքում պարոն Էրդողանը ամենից լավը պետք է իմանա տարածաշրջանում ու հատկապես Իրաքում Իրանի կառուցողական դերի մասին»,- ասված էր հայտարարության մեջ:

Դրան հաջորդեց Մյունխենի անվտանգության համաժողովի ժամանակ Թուրքիայի ԱԳՆ ղեկավար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլուի Իրանի վերաբերյալ ելույթը, երբ վերջինս մեղադրական հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ` մեղադրելով Թեհրանին Սիրիան և Իրաքը շիականացնելու մեջ:  
Սրան ի պատասխան էլ փետրվարի 20-ին Թուրքիայի դեսպանը կանչվել է Իրանի ԱԳՆ և զգուշացվել
