Հետաքրքիր իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել հայրենի քաղաքական դաշտում: Կարծես թե քաղաքական գործընթացների տրամաբանությունը պահանջում է, որպեսզի իրենց ընդդիմադիր հռչակած քաղաքական ուժերը, որպես օպոնենտ, թիրախավորեն օրվա իշխանություններին և բացահայտեն վերջիններիս ծրագրային, գաղափարական բացերը: Այս գործընթացը հատկապես նշմարելի պետք է լինի նախընտրական շրջանում, երբ գալիս է իշխանությունների թույլ կողմերը բացահայտելու և խնդիրների լուծման սեփական բանաձևերը առաջարկելու իրական և ամենահարմար պահը:

Սակայն ինչպես և մյուս հարցերում, այս հարցում ևս մեր քաղաքական դաշտում «խիարը թարս է բուսնում»: Արի ու տես, որ Հռոմի պապից կաթոլիկ ձևացող ընդդիմադիր որոշ քաղաքական միավորներ նախընտրական շրջանում թիրախավորում են ոչ թե իշխանություններին, այլ…. ընդդիմադիր այլ ուժերին: Ընդ որում կրկին անգամ երգելով 90-ականներից մեր երկրում երգվող երգը՝ «իրական» և «կեղծ» ընդդիմության մասին երգը: Եվ հիմնական պատճառը թերևս այդ ուժերի կողմից սեփական շանսերը ճիշտ գնահատելու մեջ է, քանի որ ընտրություններին անծրագիր և անգաղափար մոտենալը ենթադրում է մեկ ելք՝ պարտություն:

Այն պահից ի վեր ինչ հրապարակվեցին Ծառուկյան դաշինքի 15 առաջնահերթ քայլերը, իրենց ընդդիմադիր հռչակած գործիչները և ուժերը, մեկը մյուսին հերթը չզիջելով, սկսեցին անհիմն քննադատությունների տարափ հեղել՝ ծրագիրը հռչակելով անիրատեսական և պոպուլիստական: Սույն ծրագիրը իր մեջ խնդիրների վերհանումից զատ ներառում է նաև լուծման ուղիները, որոնք բացակայում են անհիմն քննադատության սիրահարների մոտ՝ ինչպես և ծրագիրը ինքնին… Վերջիններիս գործը հեշտացել է:

Փաստորեն այժմ ընդդիմադիր լինելու համար անհրաժեշտ չէ վերհանել պետությանը և հասարակությանը հուզող ցավոտ հիմնահարցերը, բնավ կարիք չկա դրանք ենթարկել համակողմանի և մասնագիտական վերլուծության և արդյունքում առաջարկել լուծման արդյունավետ մեխանիզմները, բավական է միայն մեկ-երկու ասուլիս անել, և քննադատել նմանատիպ ծրագիր առաջարկած այլ ուժերին:

Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր ելույթի մեջ մի քանի անգամ հատուկ շեշտել էր, որ եթե կան մարդիկ, մասնագետներ, որոնք չեն հասկանա կամ կհասկանան ու կցանկանան նստել սեղանի շուրջ քննարկման՝ դաշինքի դռները միշտ բաց են լինելու հայրենիքի համար մտահոգ մարդկանց առջև: Բայց արի ու տես, որ հայրենիքի համար մտահոգները խուսափում են երկխոսության հրավերը ընդունելուց, ասելիք չունենալու պարզ պատճառով: Նախ միայն այն, որ շեշտը դրվում է ինչ-որ օտարածին արժեքների վրա, դա արդեն իսկ սեփական մոտեցումների և գաղափարների բացակայության ապացույցներից է, ինչպես կարելի է այսքանից հետո այլոց գնահատականներ տալ և մեղադրել ոչ անկեղծ լինելու մեջ:

Իսկ թե ինչու են սույն «ընդդիմադիր» ուժերը թիրախավորել հենց «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին՝ պարզից էլ պարզ է: Նախ ՝ մինչ օրս միայն «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքն է ներկայացրել իր ծրագրի առաջնահերթությունները, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ամենամեծ ժողովրդականություն վայելող քաղաքական գործիչն է, իսկ Ծառուկյանի շուրջ ձևավորված դաշինքը՝ ամենամրցունակը և ընտրարշավում հաղթանակի գլխավոր հավակնորդ ուժը ...
