Վիեննայում ադրբեջանցիները դատարկ դահլիճում փորձել են գովազդել «խաղաղության պլատֆորմը»

Վիեննայի համալսարանի մեծ դահլիճում Փետրվարի 23-ին տեղի է ունեցել «Խաղաղության հեռանկարները Հարավային Կովկասում» միջոցառումը, որին ընդհանուր թվով 40 ներկաների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը հենց ադրբեջանցիներ և թուրքեր էին:
Թեև ծրագրով ողջույնները և քննարկումները պետք է մեկնարկեին 13:00-ին, մոտ մեկ ժամ տևած ընդունելությունից հետո միայն մի քանի եվրոպացիներ մնացին դահլիճում՝ ելույթներն ունկնդրելու նպատակով:
Բացման ելույթով հանդես եկավ Վալթեր Շվիմմերը, ով պատմեց իր նախագահության օրոք Եվրոպայի խորհրդին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի անդամակցության գործընթացի մասին և թե ինչ քայլեր է կազմակերպությունը ձեռնարկվել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտությունը մեղմելու համար: Այնուհետև Շվիմմերը սկսեց համեմատել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի խնդիրները անցյալ դարի կեսերին Ավստրիայի և Իտալիայի, ինչպես նաև Գերմանիայի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև եղած տարածքային հակամարտությունները լուծելու համար ցուցաբերած քաղաքական կամքին և դրան, թե ինչ այդ երկրները շահեցին խնդիրները լուծելու արդյունքում: Դրանից հետո նա զանազան փաստարկեր բերեց, թե որքան օգտակար կարող է լինել այդ պլատֆորմը հայ և ադրբեջանցի ժողովուրդների միջև փոխվստահությունը վերականգնելու և խաղաղություն ձեռք բերելու համար:
Շվիմմերից հետո խոսեց պլատֆորմը ստորագրողներից Վահե Ավետյանը։ Երկու երկրների հասարակություններին ուղղված մի շարք խաղաղության կոչեր անելուց հետո Ավետյանն ասաց, որ նախքան պլատֆորմին միանալը նա կապ էր պահպանում Ադրբեջանի գրողների միության հետ և ընդհանրապես, Ադրբեջանից ստացել է ավելի քանի 20 հազար նամակներ և ուղերձներ: Պատմեց անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերի սկզբին Բաքու ժամանելու հետ կապված անախորժություններից (երբ իրեն Բաքվի օդակայանում 24 ժամ պահելուց հետո հետ ուղարկեցին Կիև): Նա նշեց, դա տեղի ունեցավ, քանի որ երկրի նախագահ ԱլիևÕ ¨ երկրում չէր և համապատասխան իշխանությունները տեղյակ չէին իր ժամանման մասին և այդ էր իրեն երկիր չթողնելու իրական պատճառը: Նա հրճվանքով նշեց, որ տաս օր հետո այնուհանդերձ, նրան հաջողվեց կրկին մեկնել Բաքու, ուր նա արժանացավ ջերմ ընդունելության: Նա հույս հայտնեց, որ բոլորը կարող են մասնակցել հարթակներին՝ երկու երկրների միջև խաղաղություն հաստատելու նպատակով:
Ավետյանից հետո խոսեցին հարթակի ադրբեջանցի մասնակիցները, սակայն եվրոպացի լսարանն այդ պահին գրեթե ամբողջությամբ լքել էր դահլիճը:
Ի դեպ, ավստրիական և այլ միջազգային ԶԼՄ-ներ միջոցառումը լուսաբանելու նույնպես չէին եկել:
