Վիտամին, որը կարող է դանդաղեցնել ծերացման գործընթացը

Շվեդ հետազոտողների մի խումբ հայտնաբերել է այն վիտամինը, որն ունակ է ազդել որպես երիտասարդացնող միջոց: Նրանք հայտնաբերել են, որ այդ վիտամինն ակտիվացնում է բջիջների վերականգնվելու ունակությունները՝ դրանով իսկ դանդաղեցնելով մարմնի օրգանների ծերացումը:
Այդ երիտասարդացնող նյութը, որը հայտնի է որպես նիկոտինամիդ ռիբոզիտ, B3 վիտամինի տարատեսակն է, որը կոչվում է նաեւ РР վիտամին: Նախկինում նույնպես դրան երիտասարդացնող հատկություններ են վերագրել:
Գիտնականները հետեւել են նիկոտինամիդ ռիբոզիդի ազդեցությանը միտոխոնդրիաների այն հատվածների վրա, որոնք պատասխանատու են օրգանիզմում վնասված հյուսվածքների վերականգնման համար:
Գիտնականների խոսքով, միտոխոնդրիաներն արձագանքում են օրգանիզմի ուղարկած ազդանշաններին, որպեսզի վերականգնեն վնասված օրգանները, արտադրելով նոր սպեցիֆիկ բջիջներ, սակայն իրենց այս դերը լավ են հաղթահարում միայն երիտասարդ տարիներին:
Ծեր օրգանիզմում բջիջների հոգնածությունը վատ ռեգեներացիայի ու, նույնիսկ, որոշակի հյուսվածքներում կամ օրգաններում չարորակ փոփոխությունների հիմնական պատճառներից մեկն է, նշում են հետազոտողները:
Ինչպես պարզվել է նոր հետազոտության արդյունքում, նիկոտինամիդ ռիբոզիդի ազդեցության տակ միտոխոնդրիալ ակտիվությունը նորից ուժեղանում է: Սա հաստատել են մկների մասնակցությամբ փորձերը: Երբ տարեց մկներին նիկոտինամիդ ռիբոզիդ են տվել՝ միտոխոնդրիալ ակտիվությունն ու մկանային ռեգերենացիան նրանց օրգաիզմում զգալիորեն լավացել է, պարզել են գիտնականները:
Վիտամին B3(PP)-ի զգալի քանակություն պարունակվում է լյարդի, երիկամների, դրոժերի, մսի, կաթի, ինչպես նաև սիսեռի հատիկավորների, ցորենի ալյուրի մեջ։ Վիտամին B3(PP)-ն շատ է հնդկաձավարումևսնկերում։Այնկենդանականսննդիցավելիլավէյուրացվում, քանբուսականից։
