Օծանելիքի գաղտնիքները

Բուսական եթերայուղեր, բալասաններ, խեժեր, բուսական ու կենդանական ծագման նյութերի թուրմեր. հենց սա է վաղ անցյալում օգտագործվել: Օծանելիքը մաշկը, մազերն ու հագուստը բուրավետելու, ինչպես նաև բուժիչ, թարմացնող և հիգիենային նպատակներով օգտագործվող նյութեր են:
Բույրաջրերը բուրավետ նյութերի խառնուրդների սպիրտային կամ սպիրտաջրային լուծույթներ են: Օդեկոլոնը բույրաջրերից տարբերվում է բուրավետ նյութերի նվազ պարունակությամբ: Օծանելիք պատրաստելու համար օգտագործվում են ավելի քան 300 բնական և սինթետիկ բուրավետ նյութեր, էթիլ սպիրտ, թորած ջուր, որոշ ներկանյութեր, ինչպես նաև բուրավետ նյութերի ցնդելիությունը նվազեցնող նյութեր: Պինդ օծանելիքը նատրիումի ստեարատի կամ ճարպանման այլ նյութերի սպիրտային լուծույթների թանձրուկն է՝ հագեցած բուրավետ նյութերով: Չոր օծանելիքներն օծանելիքային բաղադրամասով հագեցած փոշեկերպ նյութեր են՝ գործվածքե կամ թղթե ծրարիկներով: Չոր օծանելիքը կոչվում է նաև բույրաբարձիկ:
Ըստ բույրի՝ օծանելիքները լինում են ծաղկային՝ մեկ կամ մի քանի ծաղիկների բույրը նմանակող, և երևակայական՝ օծանելիք պատրաստողի երևակայությամբ արհեստականորեն ստացած հոտերով: Օծանելիքի կայունությունը որոշվում է բնորոշ բույրի պահպանման տևողությամբ և կախված է օծանելիքի բաղադրությունից:
Անհրաժեշտ է օծանելիքից ճիշտ օգտվել. ցերեկը և աշխատանքի վայրում պետք է օգտագործել աննշան քանակությամբ օծանելիք, երեկոյան թատրոն կամ հյուր գնալիս՝ փոքր-ինչ ավելի: Որպեսզի օծանելիքը հագուստի վրա հետքեր չթողնի, այն պետք է ցողել մազերին, թաշկինակին, ձեռնոցներին և այլն: Խորհուրդ չի տրվում օծանելիքը քսել դեմքին:
Օծանելիքն անհրաժեշտ է պահել արևի ճառագայթներից հեռու: Երկար ժամանակ պահելիս օծանելիքը կարող է մգանալ և փչանալ: Ցուրտ տեղում պահելիս որոշ օծանելիքներում կարող է նստվածք առաջանալ, որը տաք տեղում կրկին լուծվում է:
