Արտահանման ապահովագրական աջակցությունից օգտվողների քանակն ավելացել է

Ներդրումային ծրագրերում ներգրավված տնտեսավարող սուբյեկտները հնարավորություն ունեն օգտվելու արտահանմանն ուղղված որոշակի աջակցություններից:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը նշեց, որ արտահանմանն ուղղված երկու հիմնական աջակցություն կա` տրամադրվող վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների սուբսիդավորում և արտահանման ապահովագրություն: Նրա խոսքով` արտահանող կազմակերպությունների համար իրականացվում է վարկերի տոկոսադրույքների մոտ 3 տոկոսի սուբսիդավորում, ինչը կազմակերպությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս ավելի մատչելի ռեսուրսներով գործունեություն ծավալել և արտահանել:

«Արտահանման ապահովագրությունը տալիս է մի քանի հնարավորություն: Այն ապահովագրում է չվճարման, արժույթի փոփոխությունների, ժամկետների ուշացման հետ կապված ռիսկերից: Այսինքն` տնտեսավարողը համոզվածություն է ձեռք բերում ժամանակին` հնարավորինս քիչ արժույթային ռիսկերի փոփոխությամբ և չվճարման հավանականության նվազեցմամբ գործունեություն իրականացնել: Մյուս աջակցությունը նախաարտահանման գործընթացի ֆինանսավորումն է, այսինքն՝ եթե արտահանողն ունի համապատասխան արտահանման պայմանագիր և այդ ուղղությամբ գործընթաց իրականացնելու փորձ, ապա նարավոր է գործընթացն ապահովագրել և դրա հիման վրա լրացուցիչ վարկային ռեսուրսներ ստանալ, որպեսզի տնտեսավարողը կարողանա գնել հումք, արտադրել ապրանքը և իրականացնել արտահանում»,- ասաց Ազիզյանը` վստահեցնելով, որ այն լուրջ հնարավորություն է տալիս արտահանումը զարգացնելու համար:

Փոխնախարարը նաև հավելեց, որ արտահանման ապահովագրության աջակցման գործիքը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում մոտ 5 անգամ մեծացրել է իր շրջանակը: Նրա համոզմամբ` այդ գործիքը շատ արդյունավետ է գործում, և շատ արտահանողներ սկսել են օգտվել դրանից: «Հույս ունենք, որ դրանից օգտվողների քանակը շարունակաբար կմեծանա»,- հավելեց փոխնախարար Հովհաննես Ազիզյանը:
