Հարավային Կորեայի նախագահի պաշտոնակատարը հրաժարվել Է երկարացնել կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի հետաքննության ժամկետը

Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնակատար, վարչապետ Հվան Գյո Անը հրաժարվել Է երկարացնել իշխանությունից ժամանակավորապես հեռացված պետության ղեկավար Պակ Կըն Հեի շուրջ կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի հետաքննության հատուկ հանձնախմբի աշխատանքի ժամկետը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է YTN հեռուստաալիքը:

«Համապատասխան որոշումն ընդունվել Է այն բանից մեկ օր առաջ, երբ լրանում Է հանձնախմբի աշխատանքի՝ օրենքով սահմանված 70-օրյա ժամկետը, եւ այն բանից 11 օր անց, երբ այն գլխավորած հատուկ դատախազը աշխատանքի ժամկետի երկարացման խնդրագիր Էր ներկայացրել»,-նշում Է հեռուստաալիքը: Հվան Գյո Անն իրավունք ուներ հետաքննության մանդատը երկարացնել եւս 30 օրով: 
Կոռուպցիոն սկանդալը ծայր Է առել հոկտեմբերին, երբ մամուլում հաղորդագրություններ հայտնվեցին հարավկորեական խոշոր կորպորացիաների, այդ թվում՝ Samsung-ի կողմից կառավարության արտոնություններ ստանալու վերաբերյալ՝ այն ֆոնդերին խոշոր գումարներ տրամադրելու փոխարեն, որոնք ստեղծվել Էին պետության ղեկավարի ընկերուհու՝ Ցոյ Սուն Սիլի կողմից: Չզբաղեցնելով պետական որեւԷ պաշտոն՝ նա, ինչպես պնդվում Է, միջամտում Էր նախագահական վարչակազմի գործերին եւ օգուտներ ստանում՝ օգտագործելով կապերը: 
Ներկայում Ցոյ Սուն Սիլը ձերբակալված Է:
Երկրում իշխանությունը Հվան Գյո Անին Է անցել այն բանից հետո, երբ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին խորհրդարանն իմպիչմենտ հայտարարեց նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեին: Մինչեւ ամառ Հարավային Կորեայի Սահմանադրական դատարանը պետք Է կա՛մ հաստատի իմպիչմենտը, կա՛մ վերականգնի Պակ Կըն Հեի լիազորությունները:
Կորեայի Հանրապետության նախագահի պաշտոնի գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր թեկնածուն՝ Մուն Չժե Ինը, խիստ քննադատության Է ենթարկել նախագահի պաշտոնակատարի հրամանագիրը, ինչի մասին ասված Է մամուլի համար նրա տարածած հայտարարության մեջ: 
«Այդ որոշումը պարզորոշ ցույց Է տալիս, որ վարչապետն ակնհայտորեն պաշտպանում Է Պակ Կըն Հեին այն առումով, ինչ վերաբերում Է Սահմանադրության խախտմանը եւ իշխանության չարաշահման շուրջ սկանդալին»,-ընդգծել Է Մուն Չժե Ինը: 
Քաղաքական գործիչը «անամոթ» եւ «անպատասխանատու» Է որակել վարչապետի գործողությունները: «Դա ամբողջ հարավկորեական ժողովրդի դեմ ուղղված սադրանք Է»,-ասել Է նա եւ հավելել, որ «մինչ այժմ հայտնի չԷ ամբողջ ճշմարտությունը Պակ Կըն Հեի չարաշահումների վերաբերյալ», որի կողմնակիցներին նա մեղադրել Է «իրենց հանցագործությունները թաքցնելու» փորձերի մեջ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
