Բոլոր մարդիկ էլ խաբում են։ Պետք է միայն կարողանալ ճիշտ պահին հասկանալ սուտն ու խաբված չլինել։ Այսպես է եղել հազարամյակներ շարունակ և այսպես էլ շարունակվում է։

Ահա մի քանի նշան, որոնք կօգնեն հասկանալ, թե երբ են ձեզ ստում։

1.      Եթե ձեր զրուցակիցը զրույցի ընթացքում նայում է ձեզ, հետո թեքում աչքերն, ապա նրա խոսքերը կասկածի տակ առնել պետք չէ, իսկ եթե նա զրույցի ընթացքում հանկարծակի թեքում է հայացքը, ապա վստահ եղեք, որ նա խաբում է։

2.      Եթե ձեր զրուցակիցը զրույցի ընթացքում կարմրում է, և դա կապված չէ ցրտի կամ որևէ անհարմար վիճակի կամ հաճոյախոսության հետ, ապա նա խաբում է։

3.      Կեղծ ժպիտը մատնում է սուտը։ Անկեղծ ժպիտի ընթացքում աչքի տակի մկանները ձգվում են, իսկ կեղծի ժամանակ թուլանում են։

4.      Զրույցի ընթացքում դիսկոնֆորտ են զգում միայն այն մարդիկ, որոնք փորձում են ինչ որ բան թաքցնել կամ ստում են։ Սովորաբար նրանք դիպչում են իրենց դեմքին, ճակատին, քթին, պարանոցին ու բերանին։

5.      Հաճախ, այն մարդիկ, որոնք ցանկանում են խաբել ձեզ, մտածում են իրենց մարմնի վերին հատվածի մասին ու մոռանում ներքևինի մասին, այդ պատճառով էլ նրանց ոտքերը դողում են։

6.      Այն պահին, երբ մարդը խաբում է, նա փորձում է թաքցնել ձեռքերը։ Շատ տարածված է ձեռքերը խաչելու ժեստը։
