«Հաց բերողի» օրակարգը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Սասնա ծռերի» իրականացրած գործողությունից հետո, հանրության մեջ մեծ համակրանք սկսեց վայելել «Հաց բերողը»` Արթուր Սարգսյանը: Դատարանը որոշեց կալանավորել Արթուր Սարգսյանին: Այնուհետ, առողջության հետ անհամատեղելի լինելու պատճառով, Արթուր Սարգսյանի կալանքը փոխվեց ստորագրությամբ չհեռանալու մասին խափանման միջոցով: Օրեր առաջ, անհասկանալի պատճառներով, Սարգսյանին նորից կալանավորեցին: Հասկանալի է, որ հաշվի առնելով Արթուր Սարգսյանի առողջական վիճակը և այն հանգամանքը, որ նա հասարակության համար բացարձակ վտանգ չի ներկայացնում, ավելին` առանձնապես կապ չունի հիշյալ գործողության հետ, այս քայլն իշխանության բիրտ ուժի հերթական դրսևորումն էր` ամենավայրենի մեթոդաբանությամբ: 

Սարգսյանի կատարած քայլի և հուզական դաշտի մասին շատ են խոսել: Նրա անձնազոհությունն այդ դրվագում անգամ քննարկման ենթակա չէ: Փաստ է, որ կայացել է: Ընդունենք սա և փորձենք այլ կերպ դիտարկել նրա կալանավորման խնդիրը: Իրականում, այս քայլով, իշխանությունը կիրառում է բավականին ստոր հնարք: Նա Սարգսյանին դարձնում է միջոց, թիրախ, նախընտրական գործընթացներում, հասարակության, այսպես ասած, ակտիվիստների խմբին այլ ուղղությամբ ուղղորդելու համար:

Նրանք, իրենց կամքից անկախ, մի կողմ թողնելով քաղաքական–քաղաքացիական պայքարի և դրսևորումների այլ բաղադրիչներ, որոնք անհրաժեշտ էին այս փուլում, լծվում են Արթուր Սարգսյանի շահերի պաշտպանությամբ: Գաղտնիք չէ, որ ՀՀԿ–ն, այդ դաշտում չունի աջակիցներ:

Ուստի այս քայլով, նրանք ջլատում են մյուս կուսակցությունների կամ քաղաքական թևերի ուժերը` անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե այս կամ այն ակտիվիստը, որ ուժին է հարում: Մյուս կողմից, այսպես ասած, ոչ իշխանական, բայց իրականում իշխանության համար աշխատող ռեսուրսների միջոցով, «Հաց բերողին» դարձնում են լակմուս: 
Այն ուժը, որը պայքարեց Սարգսյանի ազատության համար, իրական ընդդիմադիր է: Սրան գումարվում է նաև այն հուզական ռեակցիաների մնացուկները, որոնք դեռ պահպանվել են ամառվա լարված ամիսներից և պատկերն ամբողջանում է: 
Իհարկե, ոչ իշխանական դաշտի կարկառունները ևս ձեռքերը ծալած չեն նստի և կսկսեն էժանագին քաղաքական դիվիդենտներ շահել այս ամենի շուրջ: Նրանք արդեն իսկ սկսել են այդ գործընթացը: Աբսուրդի գագաթնակետն այն է, որ այդ մասին անգամ բարձրաձայնում է Հեղինե Բիշարյանը: Անձ, որը ներկայացրած կուսակցությունն իշխանության հետ հավասարազոր պատասխանատու է «Մարտի 1–ի» ողբերգության համար: 

Մյուս կողմից` «Հաց բերողի» գործոնը շահարկելով, ռեժիմը, այսպես ասած, զբաղմունք է տալիս այն չկողմնորոշված ու ինչ–որ չափ նաև ռադիկալ ուժերին: Նրանք այս փուլում պարապ էին: Նրանցից որոշները հայտարարել էին, թե չեն սատարելու քաղաքական դաշտի որևէ ուժի կամ ընդհանրապես չեն մասնակցելու ընտրական գործընթացներին:
Սակայն գաղտնիք չէ, որ այդ մարդիկ հիմնականում իրենց տեսակով ակտիվ անձնավորություններ են և ինչ–որ պահի կարող է չդիմանային քաղաքական հորձանուտում և որոշակի քայլեր ձեռնարկեին: Այդ քայլերը, հաստատապես կարող ենք ասել, որ չէին լինի ի նպաստ օրվա իշխանությանը: Տրամագծորեն տեղի կունենար հակառակը: 

Այսպիսով, ձևավորելով «Հաց բերողի» կեղծ օրակարգը, իշխանությունը փակում է վերոնշյալ բոլոր խնդիրները և ուղղորդում որոշակի խմբերի` թեկուզ իրենց կամքից անկախ:
