Ինչպես հայտնի է, երգիչ Էրիկը «X-Factor» նախագծի ժյուրիի 4 անդամներից մեկն է հանդիսանում: Ժողովրդի քվեարկության արդյունքում նրան վստահվեց աղջիկների թիմը, որոնց հետ էլ սկսեցին կապվել թեժ քննարկումները: Իր իրավուքների համարձայն՝ Մանե Բաղդասարյանի եւ Դիանա Հարությունյանի միջեւ ընտրություն կատարելիս՝ Էրիկն ընտրեց Դիանային, իսկ արդեն գալա համերգում, երբ ժողովրդի քվերակությամբ էր մասնակիցը շարունակում մրցել նախագծում, Դիանան դուրս մնաց: Այս ամբողջ ընթացքը ուղեկցվեց համացանցային լայն քննարկումներով՝ ընդհուպ Էրիկին ուղղված վիրավորանքներ:
Life.panorama.am-ը թեմայի շրջանակում փորձեց խոսել Էրիկի հետ: Մեզ հետ զրույցում երգիչը նշեց.
«Ես արդեն վաղուց նման հիմար ու սադրող նյութերին չեմ պատասխանում, որովհետեւ դրանք գրվում են լայք հավաքելու համար, իսկ ես չեմ ուզում, որ իմ հաշվին որեւէ մեկը լայք հավաքի: Ես չեմ ընկնում նման անիմաստ էջերի հրապարակումների հետեւից: Եթե ինչ-որ ռեալ մեկը կանգնի իմ դիմաց ու խոսի, ես պատրաստ եմ նրան պատասխանել»:
Մեր նկատառմանը, թե այդ քննարկումներում նշվում է, թե Էրիկը շարժվել է Անդրեի խոսքով, երգիչը շեշտեց.
«Ես Անդրեին տեսնում եմ նկարահանումից նկարահանում: Իսկ ես առհասարակ ոչ մեկի խոսքով չեմ շարժվում, այդ թվում եւ Անդրեի: Թեեւ Անդրեին շատ հարգում եմ, բայց ամեն մեկս ունենք մեր կարծիքը. ինչպես ես նրա, կամ ժյուրիի մեկ այլ անդամի որոշման վրա չեմ կարող ազդել, այնպես էլ նա՝ իմ: Հավատացեք՝ ես ու Անդրեն մի լավ ծիծաղում ենք նման սադրող նյութերի վրա, թեեւ ցավում եմ, որ դրանք արդեն չափերը անցնում են: Պարզապես ամոթանք եմ ուզում տալ բոլոր այն մարդկանց, ովքեր նման բաներ են գրում, ու այն մարդկանց, ովքեր համաձայն են դրանց հետ»:
Հետաքրքրվելով, թե «X-Factor»-ում ինչպե՞ս է ընթանում ներքին մրցկացությունը, պատասխանեց.
«Նախ պետք է ասեմ, որ սա ժյուրիի անդամների մրցույթը չէ, մենք միասին չենք մրցում: Սա մասնակիցների մրցույթն է, իսկ մենք օգնում ենք մեր ուժերի ներածին չափով: Նրանք ընդամենը 16 տարեկան են, շատ բան չգիտեն, իսկ ես իմ փորձով աշխատում եմ կիսվել նրանց հետ ու միասին լավ արդյունքի հասնել: Պետք է հատուկ շեշտեմ, որ ոչ մի լարվածություն չկա անգամ չանցած մասնակիցների միջեւ, նրանք շարունակում են գալ ու լավ շփում ունենալ բոլորիս հետ: Լարվածություն ստեղծում են միայն համացանցում ստեղծված հիմար ու ֆեյք էջերը»:
