ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում ակնկալվում է դեղամիջոցների գների հնգակի նվազում

Մոսկվայում փետրվարի 28-ին տեղի է ունեցել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների մրցակցային և հակամենաշնորհային մարմինների ղեկավարների համատեղ նիստը՝ Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի կոլեգիայի մրցակցության և մոնոպոլիայի դեմ պայքարի հարցերով անդամ (նախարար) Նուրլան Ալդաբերգենովի գլխավորությամբ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից, քննարկվել են մրցակցության զարգացմանը և ինքնակարգավորման նորմերի ներդրմանը, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների ջանքերի կոորդինացմանը, անդրազգային և միջսահմանային համաձայնագրերի (կարտելների) բացահայտմանը, կարտելների դեմ պայքարում կոնվենցիայի մշակմանն ու ընդունմանը, ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետությունների իրավակիրառ պրակտիկայում գործող հակամենաշնորհային օրենքներին վերաբերող հարցեր:
Հատուկ ուշադրություն է դարձվել Եվրասիական միջկառավարական խորհրդի՝ միության պայմանագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու կարգադրության իրականացմանը, որի համաձայն՝ առանձին ապրանքների նկատմամբ հնարավոր կլինի տարածաշրջանային սկզբունքով կիրառել բացառություն՝ ապրանքային նշանի իրավունքները սպառելու հարցում:
«Զուգահեռ ներմուծում»-ը թույլ կտա ԵԱՏՄ երկրներում զգալիորեն նվազեցնել բազմաթիվ ներկրվող ապրանքների գները, այդ թվում՝ հինգ անգամ դեղամիջոցների, 2-3 անգամ՝ ավտոպահեստամասերի, օծանելիքի և կոսմետիկ արտադրանքի գները:
Խորհրդակցության մասնակիցներն ընդգծել են, որ ԵԱՏՄ հակամոնոպոլ մարմինների և բջջային կապի օպերատորների հետ աշխատանքների արդյունքում զգալիորեն նվազել են ռոումինգի ծառայությունների գները: Օրինակ, «Վիմպելկոմ» խմբի ընկերությունների օպերատորների սակագները Հայաստանի դեպքում նվազել են վեց անգամ, Ղազախստանի՝ 12, Ղրղզստանի՝ 14, Ռուսաստանի՝ 5 անգամ:
Բջջային կապի օպերատորների տվյալներով, ԵԱՏՄ պետությունների սպառողների համար ռոումինգ ծառայությունների գների նվազման տնտեսական էֆեկտը կարող է կազմել տարեկան շուրջ երկու միլիարդ ռուբլի: Այն կնպաստի նաև տնտեսական ինտեգրացիայի զարգացմանը, տնտեսական առաջընթացի ապահովմանը, տնտեսության տարբեր ճյուղերում համատեղ ծրագրերի ընդլայնմանը, ինչպես նաև ԵԱՏՄ երկրների միջև զբոսաշրջային հոսքերի ավելացմանը:
