«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ընտրությունները, ինչպես գրեթե ամեն ինչ, անցողիկ են, սակայն ընտրությունների արդյունքն առնվազն 5 տարի որոշիչ է դառնում երկրի զարգացման տեմպերի, ուղղությունների և ընդհանրապես, երկրի հասարակական– քաղաքական միջավայրի համար։ Սակայն սրանից զատ, ընտրությունները հաճախ թափանցում են նաև քաղաքացիների կենցաղ, դառնում անգամ ընտանեկան ու սոցիալական վեճերի ու բախումների պատճառ։ Շատ ավելի հաճախ ընտրապայքարը սկսում է դուրս գալ կոռեկտության սահմաններից հայաստանյան տիպի և մակարդակի հասարակություններում և այս տեսանկյունից պատահական չէ, որ անգամ պաշտոնական քարոզարշավը դեռ չմեկնարկած, մենք արդեն ականատես ենք մի շարք միջադեպերի ու ծեծկռտուքների։

Երևույթն անշուշտ դատապարտելի է, սակայն դատապարտելուց և քննադատելուց առաջ հարկ է նաև հասկանալ երևույթի պատճառն ու հետևանքը։ Ընդ որում հետաքրքիր է շեշտել, որ Արարատի մարզում կատարված հայտնի միջադեպերի գլխավոր դերում էին նույն հանրապետական թիմի ներկայացուցիչները։ Այստեղ, կարծես թե, բացահայտվում են բոլոր խաղաքարտերը, քանի որ այս միջադեպերը բացարձակ չունեն ո՛չ քաղաքական հենք, ո՛չ էլ քաղաքական ենթատեքստ, այլ ավելի շուտ խմբավորման կամ կլանի ներսում ընթացող ուժերի վերադասավորության գործընթացի արդյունք են։ Սակայն այս ամենից զատ էլ, գուցե հասարակական զարգացման և ավելի մեծ հավանականությամբ ընտրական այս գործընթացներում ներգրավված անձանց բավական ցածր գիտակցության և ինտելեկտուալ զարգացման մակարդակի պատճառով, մենք տեսնում ենք երևույթներ, որոնք ակնհայտորեն ստվեր են գցում ամբողջ գործընթացի վրա։ 

Մյուս կողմից՝ պետք է նշել, որ այս իրողությունները չեն կարող դառնալ գործընթացի բնորոշիչներ, ինչի մասին հաճախ խոսվում է, քանի որ անկախ նրանից պատգամավորության թեկնածուն ծեծել է իր համագյուղացուն, թե ծեծկռտուք սարքել մեկ այլ թեկնածուի հետ, ընտրական գործընթացի բովանդակությունը դրանից չի փոխվում, իսկ նման միջադեպերը դառնում են ընդամենը լրատվական փսևդոսենսացիայի նյութ։

Սակայն նման միջադեպերը միաժամանակ դառնում են հանրային ուշադրությունը շեղող հանգամանքներ, քանի որ այս կամ այն ծեծկռտուքի մասին լուրը շատ ավելի լայն ուշադրության է արժանանում, քան քաղաքական ուժի կամ գործչի ծրագիրը, հայեցակարգը, վերլուծությունը, արդյունքում հանրությունը դառնում է ընդամենը կեղծ սենսացիաներ սպառող և կորցնում է սթափ վերլուծական մոտեցումը իրավիճակի և գործընթացների նկատմամբ։ Դժվար է ասել, նման իրավիճակը միտումնավոր է ստացվում, թե ակամա, սակայն փաստն այն է, որ հանրային անտարբերությունը և գործընթացների նկատմամբ մակերեսային վերաբերմունքն առավելապես բխում են վարչակարգի շահերից, անգամ թե ասենք որևէ աղմկահարույց պատմության մեջ հայտնվում են նույն վարչակարգի ներկայացուցիչները։ Անգամ այս դեպքում, վարչակարգն օգտագործում է եղելությունը, այսպես ասած, գոլորշի բաց թողնելու էֆեկտ ստանալու համար։
