Թե´ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունը, թե´ ՀԱԿՊ անդամ այլ պետությունները պետք է կոշտ արձագանքեն հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանային լարվածությանը: Այս մասին Past.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց գրող, հրապարակախոս, ՌԴ սպա Վիկտոր Ալեքսանդրովը: Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ի անդամ են Հայաստանը, Ռուսաստանը, Բելառուսը, Ղազախստանը, Ղրղզըստանը, Տաջիկստանն ու Ուզբեկստանը:

Հայաստանի մասին բանաստեղծությունների երկու ժողովածուի հեղինակ Վիկտոր Ալեքսանդրովի խոսքով՝ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունները պետք է հստակ մատնանշեն առաջնահերթությունները և պետական առաջին այրերի մակարդակով բողոքի նոտա հղեն պաշտոնական Բաքվին:

«Հայաստանը մեր դաշնակիցն է, ինչպես նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ի հիմնադիր անդամ: Այդ պատճառով Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ագրեսիան ընկալվում է որպես Ռուսաստանի և ՀԱՊԿ այլ երկրների նկատմամբ ագրեսիա ևս: Այդ է պատճառը, որ այդ պետությունները պարտավոր են կատարել կառույցի առջև իրենց պարտավորությունները և հանդես գալ համապատասխան գործողություններով»,- մանրամասնեց Ալեքսանդրովը:

Խոսելով ՀԱՊԿ-ի ներսում հարցի շուրջ քննարկումների մասին ՝ ռուս սպան նշեց, որ Հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի նստաշրջանի ընթացքում բոլոր քննարկումներն ու ներքին պայմանավորվածությունները չեն հրապարակվում, պահվում են խիստ գաղտնի, այդ է պատճառը, որ ստեղծվում է անորոշ վիճակ: Չնայած անորոշությանը՝ Վիկտոր Ալեքսանդրովը համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ պատերազմին տանող լայնամաշտաբ գործողությունները չեն լինի: Ըստ նրա՝ Ադրբեջանն էլ իր հերթին պատերազմի չի գնա:

«Այս հարցն անլուծելի պահելը ձեռնտու է Ադրբեջանի համար, իսկ հային միասնական թշնամի ներկայացնելը իշխանություններին թույլ է տալիս կարգավորել ներքին հարցեր, այս հարցը օգտագործվում է ներքին լսարանի համար: Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն ազգաբնակչությանը շարունակ խոստանում են, թե Ղարաբաղը «հետ կբերեն» բռնի ուժով, սակայն, բնականաբար, կսահմանափակվեն կոչերով և ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հրադադար խախտելով»,- պարզաբանեց Ալեքսանդրովը՝ շեշտելով, որ Ադրբեջանի կողմից պատերազմ չսկսելը ունի նաև տնտեսաքաղաքական պատճառներ: Բանն այն է, որ նավթային բիզնեսը բաժանված է արտասահմանյան տարբեր կազմակերպությունների միջև, իսկ ներդրումներն ու շահույթները հասնում են միլիոնավոր դոլարների, այդ պատճառով ներդրողները թույլ չեն տա երկրում ստեղծել անկայուն իրավիճակ:

Վիկտոր Ալեքսանդրովը ընդգծեց նաև այն, որ սահմանային վերջին դեպքերը ցույց են տալիս, որ իրավիճակի սրողը Ադրբեջանն է, իսկ Հայաստանը հանդես է գալիս միայն պաշտպանվողի դիրքերից՝ ցուցադրելով իր խաղաղասիրությունը: Իսկ եթե այնուամենայնիվ տարածաշրջանում սկսվի պատերազմ, ապա ռուս սպան վստահ է, որ ՌԴ-ն աջակցելու է իր դաշնակցին՝ Հայաստանին:
