Մալայզիայի ոստիկանությունը Կիմ Չեն Նամի մարմինը կհանձնի միայն մերձավոր ազգականներին

 Մալայզիայի ոստիկանությունը մտադիր Է փետրվարի 13-ին Քուալա Լումպուրում մահացած Կիմ Չեն Նամի՝ ԿԺԴՀ-ի առաջնորդ Կիմ Չեն Ընի ավագ եղբոր մարմինը հանձնել միայն նրա մերձավոր ազգականներին: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, թագավորության իրավապահ մարմինների ղեկավար Հալիդ Աբու Բաքարի այս հայտարարությունը մեջբերել Է The Straits Times թերթը:
Նա ընդգծել Է, որ «իշխանությունները ոչ մի պահանջ չեն ընդունի այլ կողմերից, այդ թվում՝ Մալայզիայում ԿԺԴՀ-ի դեսպանությունից եւ տարբեր պատվիրակություններից»: Նրա խոսքով՝ «նման դեպքերում ստանդարտ ընթացակարգը նախատեսում Է ԴՆԹ-ի նմուշների համեմատում, եւ ստացված արդյունքների հիման վրա հանգուցյալի մարմինը կարող Է հանձնվել միայն նրա մերձավորներին»:
Նախօրյակին Փենյանից Քուալա Լումպուր Է ժամանել ԿԺԴՀ-ի բարձրաստիճան պատվիրակությունը, որի ներկայացուցիչները պատմել են, թե մտադիր են հայրենիք վերադարձնել Կիմ Չեն Նամի մարմինը, ինչպես նաեւ հասնել այդ գործով ձերբակալվածների ազատմանը: 
Մինչդեռ Կիմ Չեն Նամի սպանության կապակցությամբ Կորեայի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարար Յուն Բյոնսեն հայտարարել Է, որ Սեուլը պահանջում Է կասեցնել Փենյանի անդամությունը ՄԱԿ-ին: «VX թունավոր նյութի (որի օգնությամբ սպանվել Է Կիմ Չեն Նամը) նույնիսկ մի քանի գրամը բավական Է զանգվածային սպանության համար: Իսկ ԿԺԴՀ-ում, ըստ մեր տեղեկությունների, պահեստավորված են քիմիական զենքի ոչ թե գրամներ, այլ հազարավոր տոննաներ, որի պահեստները սփռված են ամբողջ երկրում: Այդ սպանությունը տագնապալի ազդանշան Է մեզ բոլորիս համար, որը ցույց Է տալիս, որ Փ ենյանը կանգ չի առնի այն կիրառելու հարցում»,- ասել Է Յուն Բյոնսեն: 
Մալայզիայի իշխանությունները Կիմ Չեն Նամի սպանությանը մասնակցության մեջ կասկածում են տասը մարդու, ներառյալ Քուալա Լումպուրում Հյուսիսային Կորեայի դեսպանության բարձրաստիճան մի աշխատակցի: Հարավային Կորեայում կարծում են, որ կասկածյալներից առնվազն չորսը հյուսիկորեական լրտեսներ են:
Մալայզիայի դատարանն արդեն մեղադրանքներ Է առաջադրել Վիետնամի եւ Ինդոնեզիայի երկու քաղաքացուհիների Քուալա Լումպուրի օդանավակայանում Կիմ Չեն Նամի սպանության գործով: «Նրանք մեղադրվում են քրեական օրենսգրքի 302-րդ հոդվածով»,- ասված Է տարածված հայտարարության մեջ: Երկրի օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան, սույն հոդվածով կատարված հանցագործության համար առավելագույն պատիժը կախաղանով մահապատիժն Է: Պատժի առավելագույն չափի վերաբերյալ դատավճիռ կարող Է կայացնել սոսկ թագավորության Գերագույն դատարանը: 
Ինչպես մարտի 1-ին լրագրողներին հայտնել Է Ինդոնեզիայից ամբաստանյալի փաստաբանը, «գործով դատական քննությունը կսկսվի ոչ շուտ, քան մի քանի ամիս անց», հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
