Վանաձորում պատերը կսկսեն «խոսել»

«Խոսուն պատեր» նախագծի նպատակն է Վանաձորի բնակիչներին ներկայացնել ժամանակակից արվեստի զարգացող ճյուղերից մեկը՝ Street Art-ը:
Past.am-ը զրուցել է նախագծի ղեկավար Թաթուլ Ղազարյանի հետ:
«Գաղափարը ծնվել էր դեռ մի տարի առաջ՝ քննարկման ժամանակ: Մեր աչքի առջև ունենալով Երևանի ու Գյումրու փորձը՝ մտածեցինք այն կիրառել նաև Վանաձորում: Երբ գաղափարն սկսեցինք թղթին հանձնել, մտածում էինք՝ ինչ հետաքրքիր անուն դնենք, որ տպավորվի մարդկանց մոտ: Մտագրոհի միջոցով վեր հանեցինք այդ անունը ու հասկացանք, որ շատ խոսուն անուն է»:
Ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ ծրագիրը շարունակական է լինելու.
«Ծրագրի առաջին փուլում նախատեսել ենք ավելի շատ ՏԻՄ ոլորտին ու գործունեությանն անդրադառնալ՝ նպատակ ունենալով բարձրացնել քաղաքացիների իրազեկվածության մակարդակը: Հետագայում նախատեսում ենք նաև հայտնի լոռեցիների պատկերները, նրանց գործունեության մասին ինֆորմացիա տարածել: Չեմ ուզում չակերտները շատ բացել, բայց հետաքրքիր բաներ են սպասվում»:
«Ծրագիրը դեռ նոր է մեկնարկել: Եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով փետրվարին ոչ մի բան չկարողացանք անել, միայն երեկ՝ ամսի 28-ին, առաջին գրաֆիտիներն արեցինք Վանաձորի փողոցներից մեկում: Ընդամենը մի քանի ժամ է, ինչ գրառումներն արվել են, բայց արդեն բավականին լայն արձագանք են գտել»:
Հարցին, թե մտավախություն չունեն, որ ծրագիրը իրականացնելով՝ կարող են քաղաքին թափթփված տեսք տալ, Թաթուլը պատասխանեց.
«Անկեղծ ասած՝ այդ մտավախությունն ունեցել ենք դեռ ծրագրի գաղափարը մշակելու ժամանակ, դրա համար համագործակցել ենք Վանաձորի քաղաքապետարանի Ճարտարապետության բաժնի, գլխավոր ճարտարապետի հետ: Մեզ խորհուրդ տվեցին՝ որ փողոցներում կարելի է իրականացնել ծրագիրը, որ շենքերի վրա, միաժամանակ տեղյակ պահելով, թե որ շենքերի վրա չի կարելի կամ խորհուրդ չի տրվում:
Մտավախություն ունեինք նաև, որ բնակիչները չեն համաձայնի իրենց շենքերի պատերին ինչ-որ գրառումներ կամ նկարներ տեսնել: Բայց հույս ունենք, որ նրանք կհասկանան գաղափարը և չեն բողոքի: Համենայն դեպս, դեռ վատ արձագանքներ չեն եղել»:
