Կոտայքի մարզպետարանը ճանաչվեց ամենաբաց գերատեսչություն

Տեղեկատվության ազատության միջազգային օրը նշանավորելու նպատակով 13-րդ անգամ անցկացվեց Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոնի «Ոսկե բանալի և ժանգոտ կողպեք» ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխությունը:
ՀՀ փոխվարչապետ, Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների նախարար Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը միջոցառման մեկնարկին կարևորեց նախաձեռնությունը: «Այս մրցանակաբաշխությունը միտված էժողովրդավարության ամրապնդմանը, քաղաքացիական հասարակությանձևավորմանը, պետական համակարգի աշխատանքի թափանցիկությանը: ՀՀկառավարությունը ջանքեր չի խնայում կառավարման համակարգըքաղաքացիների կարիքներին առավելագույնս համապատասխանեցնելուհամար»,- նշեց Վաչե Գաբրիելյանը`շնորհավորելով մրցանակակիրներին:
ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի ղեկավար, դեսպան Անդրեյ Սոռոկինն ընդգծեց, որ տեղեկատվություն ստանալու իրավունքն ամրագրված է բազմաթիվ փաստաթղթերում: «ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակն իր հիմնադրումից ի վեր համագործակցում է իշխանությունների և քաղաքացիական հասարակության հետ` օգնելու դաշտի վերափոխման, տեղեկատվության ազատության վիճակը բարելավելու ուղղությամբ: Մեր գրասենյակը բարեհաջող համագործակցում է Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոնի հետ»,-նշեց նա:
Մրցանակաբաշխության արդյունքում ամենաբաց գերատեսչություն, որը լավագույնս է կիրառում «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» օրենքը, ճանաչվեց ՀՀ Կոտայքի մարզպետարանը: Տեղեկատվության ազատության լավագույն բարեփոխիչ ճանաչվեց ՀՀ արադարադատության նախարարի տեղակալ Սուրեն Քրմոյանը:
«Բաց կառավարման գործընկերություն» (ԲԿԳ) միջազգային նախաձեռնության շրջանակում Հայաստանյան գործողությունների ծրագրի հանձնառությունները լավագույն իրականացման համար մրցանակ տրվեց ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմին: ԲԿԳ շջանակներում լավագույն նախագծի իրականացնող ճանաչվեց ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունը: Տեղեկատվության տրամադրման լավագույն ինտերնետային պաշտոնական կայք ճանաչվեց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության՝ www.minagro.am կայքը:
Տեղեկություն ստանալու իրավունքն ամենաակտիվ և լավագույնս օգտագործած հասարակական կազմակերպություն ճանաչվեց «Իրազեկ և պաշտպանված սպառող» ՀԿ-ն: Տեղեկատվութան ազատության խախտված իրավունքի համար ամենահետևողական պայքարող իրավապաշտպան ճանաչվեց «Արնի Քընսալթ» փաստաբանական գրասենյակի փոխտնօրեն Արա Ղազարյանը:
«Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» օրենքն ամենաակտիվ օգտագործող լրատվամիջոց հայտարարվեց Երկիր Մեդիա հեռուստաընկերության լրատվական-քաղաքական ծրագրերի բաժինը: Տեղեկատվության ազատությանն առնչվող խնդիրները հետևողական լուսաբանած լրատվամիջոց ճանաչվեց «Ազատություն» ռադիոկայանի հայաստանյան գրասենյակը:
Մրցանակաբաշխության բացասական խորհրդանիշը` Ժանգոտ կողպեքը, որպես փակ աշխատանքի խորհրդանիշ տրվեց Արմավիրի քաղաքապետարանին՝ որպես 2015թ-ի ամենազավեշտալի պաշտոնական պատասխանի հեղինակ մարմին:
2003 -ից ի վեր «Տեղեկատվության ազատության մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի ընդունումից հետո Ինֆորմացիայի ազատության կենտրոնը գործընկեր հասարակականկազմակերպությունների հետ համատեղ նախաձեռնել է ՏԱ ամենամյա մրցանակաբաշխություն՝ գնահատելո
