Աղվան Հովսեփյանն առարկեց, սակայն վարչապետն օրակարգից չհանեց Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի նախագիծը

Կառավարության նիստին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանն առաջարկեց վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանին նիստի օրակարգից հանել օրակարգային առաջին հարցը, որը ներկայացրել էր ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը: Ըստ նախագծի՝ գլխավոր դատախազությունը յուրաքանչյուր տարի` մինչև ապրիլի 1-ը, պետք է հրապարակի հանցագործությունների քննության վերաբերյալ հաղորդում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազուան կայքէջում: Հաղորդումը պետք է պարունակի տեղեկություններ նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում կատարված հանցագործությունների քննության արդյունքների վերաբերյալ, վիճակագրական տվյալներ, համեմատական վերլուծություններ և եզրահանգումներ:

Աղվան Հովսեփյանը նշեց, որ նախագիծը հակասահմանադրական է, այն ներկայանցող մարմինն իրենց տեղյակ չի պահել մշակվող օրենքի մասին: «Հայաստանում կա չորս քննական մարմին, որոնցից ոչ մեկին նախագիծը չի ուղարկվել», - ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասաց Հովսեփյանը:

ՀՀ կառավարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավար-նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ կառավարության նիստից առաջ տեղի ունեցած կոմիտեի նիստում ընդունված որոշումներն ուղարկվել են բոլոր գերատեսչությունների էլեկտրոնային փոստերին և ավելացրեց, որ այս նախագիծը հավանության է արժանացել նաև Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի խորհրդի կողմից:

Աղվան Հովսեփյանը կրկին արձագանքեց. «Կոմիտեի նիստի նյութերն ևս չենք ստացել: Այս նախագիծը բովանդակային առումով հակասում է ՀՀ Սահմանադրությանը: Այն կարող է կարգավորվել ոչ թե օրենքով, այլ՝ կառավարության որոշմամբ»:

Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը օրակարգից չհանեց հարցը և առաջարկեց նախագիծը լրացուցիչ քննարկելու համար տալ երեք օր ժամանակ:
