ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանն ընդունել է «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս Ինթերնեյշնլ Մենեջմենթ Էս Էյ» ընկերության Արևելյան Եվրոպայի, Միջին արևելքի և Աֆրիկայի տարածաշրջանի և «Ֆիլիպ Մորիս Ինթերնեյշնլի Դյութի Ֆրի»-ի նախագահ Դրագո Ազինովիչի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Վարչապետը ողջունել է ամերիկյան աշխարհահռչակ ընկերության նախաձեռնությունը՝ զարգացնելու գործունեությունը մեր երկրում: Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշել է, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը պատրաստ է քննարկել համագործակցության ծրագրերն ու նախաձեռնությունները:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Դրագո Ազինովիչը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ կառավարությանը՝ իրենց գիտահետազոտական ծրագրերին օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու համար: Ամերիկյան ընկերությունը Հայաստանում կառուցելու է Հետազոտությունների և մշակումների (R&D) կենտրոններ: Պարոն Ազինովիչն ընդգծել է, որ իրենք շահագրգռված են ստեղծել երկարաժամկետ համագործակցություն Հայաստանի կառավարության և հանրային ոլորտի հետ:
