Կոնգրեսը կհետաքննի Մոսկվայի հետ Թրամփի շտաբի հնարավոր համաձայնությունը

 ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսի Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի հետախուզության կոմիտեն որոշում Է ընդունել հետաքննել Դոնալդ Թրամփի ընտրական շտաբի եւ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների միջեւ նախահամաձայնության առկայության մեղադրանքները: Այդ մասին հայտնել Է Դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունից կոնգրեսական Ադամ Շիֆը, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ հղում անելով BBC-ին: 
«Մենք գրավոր համաձայնության ենք հասել, որ հետաքննելու ենք Թրամփի շտաբի հետ Ռուսաստանի համաձայնությանը վերաբերող մեղադրանքները»,-հայտարարել Է Շիֆը MSNBC հեռուստաալիքի եթերում:
«Հետախուզական կոմիտեն երկար տարիներ հետաքննում Էր Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունների գործողությունները եւ նախազգուշացնում միջազգային ասպարեզում պուտինյան ռեժիմի թշնամական գործողությունների, կիբեռտարածքում եւ ազդեցիկ միջազգային քարոզարշավներում նրա ագրեսիայի մասին»,-կոմիտեի կայքում մեջբերված Է նրա նախագահ, հանրապետական Դեւին Նունիեսի խոսքը: 
Նունիեսը, որը Թրամփի անցումային շտաբի անդամ Էր, հայտարարել Է, որ կոմիտեն հետաքննություն Է վարելու վերը թվարկաված բոլոր բնագավառներում, այդ թվում՝ քննելու Է 2016 թվականի ամերիկյան ընտրություններին Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր միջամտության հարցը: 
Մինչդեռ Թրամփն ավելի վաղ ժխտել Է, որ իր կողմնակիցները կապեր ունեն Մոսկվայի հետ: «Նրանք այդ մասին ոչինչ չգիտեն: Նրանք չեն եղել Ռուսաստանում: Նրանք երբեք չեն զանգահարել Ռուսաստան: Նրանց երբեք ոչ ոք չի զանգահարել: Դրանք բոլորը կեղծ լուրեր են»,-հայտարարել Է Թրամփը:
Իր հերթին ԱՄՆ-ի արդարադատության  նախարար, գլխավոր դատախազ Ջեֆ Սեշնսը հայտարարել Է, որ Ռուսաստանի պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ չի քննարկել անցյալ տարվա նոյեմբերին կայացած ամերիկյան նախագահական ընտրությունները: Դա ընդգծված Է գրավոր հայտարարության մեջ, որը Սեշնսը հրապարակել Է՝ անցյալ տարվա հուլիսին եւ սեպտեմբերին ԱՄՆ-ում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Սերգեյ Կիսլյակի հետ կայացած իր երկու հանդիպումների վերաբերյալ The Washington Post թերթի հրապարակած տեղեկությունների առնչությամբ: Հանրապետական Սեշնսն այն ժամանակ ԱՄՆ-ի Կոնգրեսի Սենատի անդամ Էր Ալաբամայի նահա նգից:  
Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ինքը «երբեք չի հանդիպել ռուսաստանցի որեւԷ պաշտոնատար անձի հետ՝ քննարկելու ԱՄՆ-ի ընտրարշավի հարցերը: «Ես որեւԷ պատկերացում չունեմ, թե ինչ նպատակ են հետապնդում ներկայիս մեղադրանքները: Դրանք անհիմն են»,- ընդգծել Է ԱՄՆ-ի արդարադատության նախարարության ներկայիս ղեկավարը: 
Նախօրյակին Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում դեմոկրատների առաջնորդ Նենսի Փելոսին պահանջել Է Սեշնսի պաշտոնաթողությունը: Նրա խոսքով՝ նա ստել Է Կոնգրեսում երդում տալիս՝ հայտարարելով, թե ռուս պաշտոնատար անձանց հետ չի շփվել նախագահական արշավի ժամանակ:
