«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մամուլում հերթական տեղեկություններն են շրջանառվում հանրապետական երկու ռեյտինգային թեկնածուների մեջ եղած բախման մասին։ Այս անգամ նշվում է Գալուստ Սահակյանի որդու անունը։ Իրականում, սակայն, արդեն էական էլ չեն այդ ներքին բախումների մեղավորները կամ գլխավոր հերոսները, քանի որ, կարծես թե, հանրապետականի ներսում ընթանում է ուժերի լարված վերադասավորման գործընթաց։
Այստեղ պետք է շեշտել, որ մի շարք շրջանակներ նման բախումները մեկնաբանեցին որպես ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի հետևանք, որի արդյունքում է նույն թիմի ներկայացուցիչ տարբեր անձինք ներխուժում են մեկը մյուսի հետաքրքրությունների և շահագրգռությունների դաշտ։ Սակայն, կարծում ենք, որ այստեղ խնդիրը շատ ավելի բարդ է, խորքային է։ Մեծ հաշվով ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգը տարբերվում է մեծամասնականից ամենաշատը նրանով, որ այստեղ մրցակցության մեջ են մտնում նաև նույն թիմի ներկայացուցիչներ, սա, իհարկե, չի նշանակում, որ նախորդ ընտրություններում մասնավորապես Հանրապետականի ներսում չկար այդ մրցակցությունը՝ անկախ նրանից բախումներ կլինեին, թե՝ ոչ։

Բնական է, որ իշխանության կուսակցությունում մշտապես էլ ընթանում են ուժերի դասավորության փոփոխություններ, որոնք հաճախ քողարկված են մնում։ Ներկայումս ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգն ընդամենը միջոց է դառնում այդ բախումներն ու մրցակցությունը հրապարակայնացնելու համար։

Այլ կերպ ասած, ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգի պատճառով հանրապետականի ներսում առկա մրցակցությունը դադարում է կրել փակ, կլանային բնույթ և առավել լայն շրջանակներ է ընդգրկում։ Այդ իրավիճակը մի կողմից կարող է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե նման գործընթացների արդյունքում Հանրապետականի դիրքերը կարող են թուլանալ, սակայն մյուս կողմից, մենք գործ ունենք զուտ կլանի ներսում ընթացող պրոցեսների հետ, որտեղ հաղթողները կամ պարտվողները միևնույնն է, շարունակում են մնալ կլանի անդամներ, այսինքն՝ հանրությունը դրանից չի շահում և գուցե կորցնում է, քանի որ քաղաքացին դառնում է նույն կլանի տարբեր թևերի ներկայցուցիչների շահարկման օբյեկտ։ 

Այս իրավիճակում թերևս այնքան էլ տեղին չի լինի խոսել վարչակարգի թուլության մասին, քանի որ ամեն դեպքում ակնհայտորեն Հանրապետականը մեկ կենտրոնից ղեկավարվող ուժ է, որում, չնայած առկա ներքին հակասություններին, որոշում է կայացվում խիստ սահմանափակ թվով գործիչների կողմից, ուստի պետք է նշել, որ նախընտրական այս բախումները, ծեծկռտուքներն ու միջադեպերը որևէ կապ չունեն հասարակական կամ քաղաքական գործընթացների հետ և զուտ անձնական ու ամբիցիոզ բնույթ են կրում։ Բնականաբար, նման իրավիճակում կարող են սրվել նաև հասարակական որոշակի խմբերի հարաբերությունները, քանի որ խոսքը գնում է, այսպես ասած, իշխանության կերակրատաշտի մոտ ավելի հարմար տեղ տեղավորվելուն, ինչի համար էլ տարբեր պատեհապաշտներ պատրաստ են ցանկացած քայլի, սակայն, ըստ էության, սա նույնպես ժամանակավոր իրավիճակ է, քանի որ ապրիլի 3–ից արդեն երկրի հասարակական–քաղաքական կյանքը վերդառնալու է ելակետային վիճակին։ Համենայնդեպս այս մասին է վկայում ներկայիս մթնոլորտը։
