Նիհարելու գործընթացում ամեն բան չէ, որ կախված է ճիշտ սննդից և կալորիաների հաշվարկից։ Fithacker.ru կայքը գրում է, որ, եթե որոշել եք լրջորեն զբաղվել քաշի նվազեցմամբ, հարկավոր է աշխատել բոլոր ուղղություններով։

1. Կարգավորեք կենսակերպը։ Սովորեք պաշտպանել ձեր տեսակետը։ Եթե մեծ խմբով զբոսանքի եք գնում, ուր ձեզ ծխախոտ, ալկոհոլ և յուղոտ մթերք են առաջարկելու, պետք է սովորել «ոչ» ասել։

4. Ժամանակին դիետիկ ճաշատեսակ պատրաստեք։ Եթե գիտեք, որ վաղը ծանր օր է սպասվում, և խոհանոցում լինելու համար ժամանակ չեք ունենալու, ավելի լավ է նախօրոք պատրաստել սնունդը՝ վնասակար ճաշատեսակների օգտագործումից խուսափելու համար։

5. Կերեք յուրաքանչյուր 4 ժամը մեկ անգամ։ Այս դեպքում օրգանիզմը կդադարի «պահուստներ» հավաքել, քանի որ քաղցի զգացում չի ունենա։

6. Օրակարգ մշակեք։ Ամեն ինչ պետք է համակարգված լինի։ Ֆիզիկական վարժությունների, սննդի և ցանկացած այլ գործողության գրաֆիկ կազմեք, ինչը կօգնի նիհարել։

7. Ավելի շատ ճարպ և սպիտակուց օգտագործեք, և ոչ թե՝ ածխաջուր։ Սա ոսկե կանոն է։

8. Հրաժարվեք քաղցրավենիքից։ Բանջարեղեն օգտագործեք։ Այն քրոմ է պարունակում, որը կարող է նվազեցնել քաղցր ուտելու ցանկությունը։
