 Ադրբեջանը Արցախի հետ շփման գծում իրավիճակը լարելով փորձում է հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղել ներքին խնդիրներից: Այս մասին Երևանում կազմակերպված «Այլատյացությունը և դրա հետևանքները մարդու իրավունքների տեսանկյունից» քննարկման ժամանակ նշեց թալիշական ազգային շարժման ակտիվիստ «Թալիշի Սադո» ընդդիմադիր թերթի թղթակից Շահին Միրզոևը:

«Բոլորը գիտեն, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևը փոխնախագահ նշանակեց իր կնոջը, Ներքին գործերի նախարարն էլ իր որդուն նշանակեց տեղակալ: Այս նշանակումները հասարակության շրջանում լուրջ դժգոհության առիթ դարձան: Հետևաբար Ալիևի ռեժիմը փորձում է իրավիճակը սահմանին սրել, որպեսզի հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղվի»,- ասաց Շահին Միրզոևը:

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ն փետրվարի 11-ին հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանություններին է դիմել Շահին Միրզոևը՝ խնդրելով իրեն տրամադրել ժամանակավոր ապաստան, քանի որ հանդիսանալով Թալիշական մշակույթի խորհրդի անդամ, Թալիշական ազատագրական շարժման մասնակից, «Թոլիշի Սադո» թերթի թղթակից՝ ստիպված է եղել փախչել Ադրբեջանից՝ ազգային և կրոնական փոքրամասնությունների հանդեպ բռնաճնշումների ու նրանց իրավունքների կոպտագույն ոտնահարումների պատճառով, և ընտանիքով ժամանել Հայաստան։ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները դրական են արձագանքել Շահին Միրզոևի խնդրանքին։
