Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Ղազախստանի դեսպանին

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն ընդունել է Ղազախստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաևին:
Հանդիպման հիմնական առանցքում եղել է կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում հայ-ղազախական փոխգործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր, որոնց իրականացման համար` նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանի խոսքով առկա են իրավական բոլոր հիմքերը. գործում է երկու երկրների կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում համագործակցության շրջանակային համաձայնագիրը:
Նախարարը տեղեկացրել է, որ Հայաստանն արդեն եվրոպական «Հորիզոն 2020» գիտական ցանցի լիիրավ անդամ է, այդ համատեքստում նա առաջարկել է ամրապնդել գիտության ոլորտում առկա փոխգործակցությունը` շեշտը դնելով բնական գիտությու նների վրա: Լևոն Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից,Մկրտչյանի խոսքերով «Հորիզոն 2020» ցանցի ընձեռած հնարավորությունները թույլ են տալիս իրականացնել գիտական, նորարարական հետազոտություններ` ներգրավելով տարածաշրջանում բարձր որակավորում ունեցող հետազոտողներ ու գիտահետազոտական ենթակառուցվածքներ:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ոլորտում առկա համագործակցության առնչությամբ` դեսպան Թիմուր Ուրազաևը կարևորել է հա րաբերությունների զարգացմանն ու խորացմանն ուղղված գործնական քայլերի իրականացումը: Նա նշել է, որ լուրջ ջանքեր կգործադրվի հայ-ղազախական ոլորտային համագործակցությունները զարգացման նոր մակարդակ հասցնելու համար:
Դեսպանը ներկայացրել է Ղազախստանի կրթության համակարգում ընթացող բարեփոխումները` շեշտել է, որ Ղազախստանը ևս ներգրավված է Բոլոնիայի գործընթացներում և առաջիկայում անցում է կատարվելու 12-ամյա կրթության: Միաժամանակ դեսպանի հավաստմամբ` Ղազախստանում մշակվել և իրականացվում է բարձրագույն կրթության համակարգի ազգային մոդել:
Հանդպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը վերաբերվող այլ հարցերի:
