Կարտոֆիլի օգտակարությունն ու բուժական հատկությունները

Կարտոֆիլը պարունակում է ածխաջրեր, ազոտային նյութեր, բջջաթաղանթ, ճարպեր, մոխրացող մնացորդ, վիտամիններ, երկաթ, սպիտակուցներ, բազմաթիվ ֆերմենտներ միկրո և մակրոտարրեր:
Կարտոֆիլն օժտված է տարբեր առողջարար ֆունկցիաներով: Տարբեր բժիշկներ նշում են նրա կիրառման և օգտակարության տարբեր ոլորտներ:
Գաստրիտի բուժման դեպքում պետք է նոր կարտոֆիլից ստանալ թարմ հյութ և օրական երկու անգամ խմել կեսական բաժակ: Հյութը հաճելի դարձնելու համար կարելի է խառնել գազարի հյութի հետ, այն օժտված է օրգանիզմը մաքրող մեծ հատկությամբ:
Բազմաթիվ փաստեր կան, որոնք հավաստում են, որ կեղևով եփելու և եփման ջրի հետ միասին ուտելու դեպքում բուժվում են ամենածանր` դեֆորմացնող պոլիարտրիտը, ալերգիան, տախիկարդիան, հիպերտոնիան: Արդյունքի հասնելու համար օրական պետք է ուտել միջին չափի 5-6 կարտոֆիլ, 2 անգամով, 25-30 օր շարունակ:
Պարզվում է, որ կեղևի մեջ և կեղևի տակ գտնվող ֆերմենտները նպաստում են օսլայի փոխարկմանը մեզ համար մարսելի շաքարների: Մինչդեռ կեղևը հեռացնելով մենք կարտոֆիլը վեր ենք ածում համարյա անմարս մթերքի: Բջջի մեջ առանց վերափոխման թափանցելու դեպքում օսլան շատ ծանր հետևանքների է հասցնում:
Այս կապակցությամբ բավական է հիշել շատ բուսակերների հակվածությունը դեպի աթերոսկլերոզ: Կեղևով եփված կարտոֆիլը համեմեք դափնու տերևով և այլ համեմունքներով, որպեսզի անհետանա կեղևի անսովոր համը: Եվ երբ սա սովորություն դառնա, կեղևահանված կարտոֆիլը ձեզ համար շատ անհամ կթվա:
