Առողջապահության նախարարն աշխատանքային այցով Շիրակի մարզում էր

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի Շիրակի մարզ կատարած աշխատանքային այցը սկսվեց բարի լուրով։ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ Ախուրյանի մոր և մանկան առողջության կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սևակ Ավագյանը նախարարին և նրան ուղեկցող Շիրակի մարզպետ Հովսեփ Սիմոնյանին տեղեկացրեց, որ երեկ գիշեր կենտրոնի զանգը հնչել է 3, իսկ նախորդ գիշեր 7 անգամ՝ ավետելով նույնքան երեխաների լույս աշխարհ գալու մասին։
ՀՕՄի կողմից ստեղծված այս բուժհաստատությունն արդեն 20 տարի է, ինչ իրականացնում է Ախուրյանի նախկին վարչատարածքի 7 գյուղերի մանկական ազգաբնակչության, ինչպես նաև կանանց ու հղիների գինեկոլոգիական բուժօգնությունը։ Բնակչության վստահության մասին է խոսում այն հանգամանքը, որ 2005թ. ծավալված մանկաբարձագինեկոլոգիական ստացիոնար բաժանմունքում արձանագրվող ծնունդներն ամենաշատն են մարզի ծննդօգնության այլ հիմնարկությունների համեմատ։
Լևոն Ալթունյանը շրջեց կենտրոնում, ծանոթացավ իրականացվող ծառայություններին, ցուցանիշներին, ինչպես նաև հիվանդների առողջական վիճակով։ Այստեղ իրականացվում են ոչ միայն ռենտգեն, համակարգչային տոմոգրաֆիական և այլ հետազոտություններ, այլև մամոգրաֆիական, որն, ի դեպ, մարզում եզակի է։
Լևոն Ալթունյանը կենտրոնի բուժանձնակազմի հետ քննարկեց ինչպես առկա խնդիրների լուծման հնարավորությունները, այնպես էլ՝ հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարային ծրագրերը։
Այնուհետև նախարարը մարզպետի ուղեկցությամբ այցելեց Ախուրյանի բժշկական կենտրոն, որի պոլիկլինիկան սպասարկում է շրջակա գյուղերի 39 հազար բնակչությանը։ Չնայած շենքային սուղ պայմաններին, 15 մահճակալով ստացիոնարում իրականացվում են ընդհանուր պրոֆիլի վիրահատություններ։
Կենտրոնի ղեկավարությունը նախարարին խնդրեց շտապօգնության ծառայությանը հատկացնել մեկ մեքենա, քանի որ շրջակա 35 գյուղի սպասարկումը՝ այն էլ միջհամայնքային դժվարանցանելի ճանապարհներով և հատկապես ձմռան ամիսներին, խիստ դժվար է ունեցած հնամաշ միակ մեքենայով։ Նախարար Ալթունյանը խոստացավ կենտրոնին հատկացնել շտապօգնության նոր մեքենա։
Մարզ կատարած այցի առաջին կանգառից ստացած տպավորությունները կիսելով լրագրողների հետ՝ Լևոն Ալթունյանն ասաց. «Ախուրյանի մոր և մանկան առողջության կենտրոնից ստացած տպավորությունը միանշանակ դրական է։ Ուրախալի է, որ մահճակալների 87 տոկոս հագեցվածության պայմանում չկան բարդություններ և դժգոհություններ։ Դա խոսում է բժշկական անձնակազմի պրոֆեսիոնալիզմի և արդյունավետ կառավարման մասին։ Ինչ վերաբերում է Ախուրյանի բժշկական կենտրոնին, ապա ակնհայտ է, որ շենքային պայմանների և այլ բարեփոխումների անհրաժեշտություն կա։ Անցած տարվա նոյեմբերից նա խարարությունում ստեղծված համակարգի բարեփոխումների աշխատանքային խումբն այժմ ուսումնասիրություններ է կատարում ոլորտի ճարտարապետության համակարգային փոփոխություններ կատարելու նպատակով»։
Ախուրյանի երկու բժշկական հաստատություններում էլ ակտիվորեն ինտեգրվում են էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգին։
