Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը, որն արգելել էր Թուրքիայի իշխանական Արդարություն և զարգացում կուսակցության (AKP) ներկայացուցիչ արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղի և իշխանական թևի բոլոր ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ Գերմանիայում որևէ հանրահավաքի անցկացումը, թուք ընդդիմադիրներին թույլատրել է հանարահավաք կազմակերպել: Այս մասին հայտնում է թուրքական haberler.com-ը:

Գերմանիայի կառավարությունը թուրքիայի գլխավոր ընդդիմադիր քեմալական Ժողովրդա-հանրապետական (CHP) կուսակցությանը թույլատրել է սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների «ոչ» թևի պաշտպանության նպատակով Գերմանիայում քարոզչական հանրահավաք իրականացնել:

Հանրահավաքին CHP-ից մասնակցելու է Անթալիայից ընտրված պատգամավոր Դենիզ Բայքալը:

Դենիզ Բայքալի մասնակցությամբ հանրահավաքը տեղի է ունենալու մարտի 5-ին գերմանիայի Շտուտգարտ քաղաքում:

Մարտի 2-ին Թուրքիայի արդարադատության նախարար Բեքիր Բոզդաղի մասնակցությամբ քարոզչական հանրահավաքի անցկացումը արգելվել էր Գերմանիայում:

Բոզդաղը մարտի 2-ին սահմանադրական հանրաքվեի քարոզարշավի առնչությամբ պետք է ելույթ ունենար Գերմանիայի Գագգենաու քաղաքում, սակայն վերջին պահին քաղաքապետարանն արգելել էր դրա անցկացումը:

Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մևլութ Չավուշօղլունի մասնակցությամբ մարտի 11-ին Հոլանդիայի Ռոտերդամ քաղաքում սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների «այո» թևի պաշտպանության նպատակով կայանալիք հանրաքվեին դեմ էին արտահայտվել նաև Հոլանդիայի իշխանությունները:

Թուրքիայի և հատկապես նրա իշխանական թևի նկատմամբ խիստ դիրքորոշման պատճառը մեկ շաբաթ առաջ Ստամբուլում գերմանական Die Welt պարբերականի  լրագրող Դենիզ Յուջելի անհիմն ձերբակալությունն է:
