ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում ստեղծված աշխատանքային խումբը 2017 թվականի մարտի 4-ի դրությամբ ուսումնասիրել է զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցներով հրապարակված՝ 02.04.2017թ. կայանալիք Ազգային ժողովի ընտրությունների նախապատրաստման փուլում տեղի ունեցած 79 ենթադրյալ ընտրական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ հաղորդում և ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում ստացված մեկ անանուն ահազանգ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազության լրատվական ծառայությունից, ուսումնասիրված 80 հաղորդումներից միայն 19-ն են պարունակել առերևույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործության վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվություն: Նշված 19 հաղորդումներն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ ոստիկանության համապատասխան տարածքային բաժիններ՝ դրանցում նշված տեղեկությունները ստուգելու նպատակով, որոնցից 10-ով՝ ստուգմամբ դրանցում նշված փաստերը հերքվել կամ չեն հաստատվել, իսկ մյուսներով ստուգողական գործողությունները շարունակվում են: 19 հաղորդումներից 14-ը վերաբերել են առերևույթ ընտրակաշառքի, 5-ը՝ քաղաքացու ընտրական իրավունքի ազատ իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելու դեպքերի:

«Առերևույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ հավաստի տեղեկատվություն ստանալու, դրանց բացահայտմանն ուղղված իրավապահ մարմինների գործողությունների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով սույն թվականի մարտի 5-ից՝ ժամը 09.00-18.00, իսկ քվեարկության օրը՝ շուրջօրյա, ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունում գործելու է թեժ գիծ՝ (010) 511-603 հեռախոսահամարով: ՀՀ դատախազությունը հորդորում է շահագրգիռ անձանց առերևույթ ընտրական բնույթի հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ հավաստի տեղեկությունները հայտնել թեժ գծի միջոցով: Տեղեկություն հայտնÕ �ղի գաղտնիությունը երաշխավորվում է»,- ասված է դատախազության հաղորդագրությունում:
