ԵԽ պատգամավորը պաշտոնական հարցադրոււմներ է հղել ադրբեջանական հարձակումների կապակցությամբ

Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի անդամ Ֆրանկ Էնգելը հարցադրումներ է հղել ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության և անվտանգության հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիին՝ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների հանդեպ անդրբեջանական հարձակումների կապակցությամբ: Հայկական գյուղերում տեղացող ագրեսիայի հետևանքով երեք կանանց զոհերի դեպքերն արդեն դատապարտվել են Եվրոպական խորհդարարանի բազմաթիվ պատգամավորների կողմից անցյալ ուրբաթ օրը:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին «Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ» կազմակերպությունից, Ֆրանկ Էնգելն (ԵԽ ԵԺԿ խմբակցություն) իր հարցադրումներում ընդգծել է այն փաստը, որ այս ամիս Ադրբեջանն արդեն երկրորդ անգամ է հարձակում կատարում խաղաղ քաղաքացիների հանդեպ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հողի վրա: Պատգամավորը դիել է տիկին Մոգերինիին՝ իր դիրքորոշումը հայտնել ռազմական նման գործողությունների մասին:
Էնգելը ընդգծել է նաև, որ ագրեսիայի երկրորդ դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի նախագահների՝ Նյու Յորքում կայանալիք խաղաղության հաստատմանն ուղղված բանակցությունների նախաշեմին: Պարոն Էնգելը, որը նաև ‹‹Հայաստանի եվրոպացի բարեկամներ›› կազմակերպության (ՀԵԲ կայք՝ www.EuFoA.am) Խորհրդատվական խմբի անդամ է, նշել էԱդրբեջանի հանդեպ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի կողմից վերջերս հաջորդաբար ընդունված երկու բանաձևերը (2014թ. սեպտեմբեր, 2015թ. սեպտեմբեր)՝ անդրադառնալով մասնավորապես երկրի ղեկավարության հանդեպ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելու մասին առաջարկություններին:

Պարոն Էնգելի հարցադրումնեը կթարգմանվեն Եվրոպական միության աշխատանքային լեզուներով: Հարցադրումները ստանալուց հետո երեք շաբաթվա ընթացքում Արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայությունը կհրապարակի իր պատասխանը:
