1. Առանց զույգի նշանակում է՝ «միայնակ»
Այն, որ դուք հիմա մենակ եք, դեռ չի նշանակում, որ դուք միայնակ եք: Անձնական հարաբերությունները հեռու են երջանկություն երաշխավորելուց: Եվ առանց զույգի մնալով, դուք ավելի միայնակ չեք, քան ոչ ճիշտ հարաբերություններում գտնվող զույգերը:
Եթե դուք հասկանում եք, որ տվյալ մարդու հետ ոչ մի լավ բան չի ստացվի, ավելի լավ է խզել այդ հարաբերությունները եւ ավելի շատ ժամանակ նվիրել ձեր կյանքի ամենկարեւոր մարդուն՝ հենց ձեզ: Փորձեք վերագտնել ձեզ եւ ձեր ինքնահարգանքը: Եւ եթե հաջորդ անգամ գտնվեք փլուզվող անձնական հարաբերությունների մեջ, պատրաստ լինեք ժամանակին հեռանալու:
2. Երջանկությունն այն է, երբ ունեք անհրաժեշտ ամեն ինչ
Այն, որ դուք երջանիկ եք, դեռ չի նշանակում, որ դուք ոչինչ չեք ցանկանում: Առաջին հերթին դա նշանակում է, որ դուք շնորհակալ եք այն ամենի համար, ինչ կա, եւ անհամբերությամբ սպասում եք նրան, ինչ պետք է լինի: Երբեմն մենք այնքան ենք տարվում ավելիին հասնելու ձգտումով, որ դադարում ենք նկատել այն փոքրիկ բաները, որոնք մեր կյանքը հրաշալի են դարձնում: Այնպես որ գնահատեք այսօրվա օրը, հավատացեք, այն դրան արժե: Քանի որ այն մեկն է այն «հին ու բարի օրերից», որոնք հիշեու եք ծերության ժամանակ:
3. Եթե ինչ-որ մեկը վատ է զգում, դուք դա անմիջապես տեսնում եք
Բոլորիս մոտ լինում է եւ ցավ, եւ սարսափ, եւ վատ իրավիճակ: Պարզապես ոմանց հաջողվում է դրանք ավելի լավ թաքցնել: Դուք չգիտեք, ինչ է կատարվում նրանց հոգու փակ դռների ետեւում, ուստի պետք չէ դատել նրանով, ինչ տեսնում եք: Եթե դուք ժամանակ ունեք քննարկելու ուրիշներին, նշանակում է ձեզ մոտ ազատ ժամանակի ավելցուկ կա, ավելի լավ է այն ավելի արժանի բանի վրա ծախսել:
4. Կյանքը պետք է ընթանա որոշակի հունով, այլ ոչ թե ուրիշ ձեւ
Ոչ ոք չի կարող այնքան ուժեղ վնասել մեզ, որքան ինքներս: Բայց մեզ վնաս հասցնելով՝ մենք էլ կարող ենք այն բուժել, դրա համար հարկավոր է միայն չամաչել սեփական մտքերից ու իրատես լինել: Այնպես որ ձերբազատվեք ձեր մեջի ոչ իրատես կերպարից, որի տակ փորձում եք խցկել ձեր կյանքը, այլ սկսեք ընկալել այն այնպես, ինչպիսին որ կա: Փոխեք այն, ինչ հնարավոր է փոխել, իսկ եթե հնարավոր չէ փոխել՝ փոխեք ձեր վերաբերմունքը եւ շարունակեք առաջ շարժվել:
5. Դուք պետք է ինչ-որ մեկին նման լինեք
Երբ դադարեք ձեզ ուրիշների հետ համեմատել, կապ չունի՝ իրական, թե մտացածին, եւ եթե դադարեք ձեզ համեմատել ձեր իսկ տարբեր տեսակների հետ, որոնք հիմնականում միայն ձեր երեւակայության մեջ են, միայն այդ դեպքում կարող եք հանգիստ ապրել, եւ այդ հանգստի մեջ ոչ մի երեւակայական բան այլեւս չկա:
