Հեծանիվների գնման գործընթացի հետ կապված «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի այսօր հրապարակած   տեղեկատվությունը, որում գործընթացը որակվել է որպես «բյուջետային միջոցների մսխում»՝ դառնալով անհարկի շահարկման առարկա, գնահատում ենք որպես լրատվամիջոցի կողմից բաց և հրապարակային տեղեկատվության կամայական մեկնաբանում, ինչն անընդունելի է:

Սույնի հետ կապված տեղեկացնում ենք, որ վերոնշյալ 27 պրոֆեսիոնալ հեծանիվները ձեռք են բերվել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության հեծանվահրապարակի (Վելոտրեկ) մարզիկների մարզումների պատշաճ կազմակերպման նպատակով, «Գնումների մասին» ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով՝ մրցույթով: Ավելորդ չենք համարում նշել, որ մասնագիտացված գույքի ձեռքբերումը ամենագործուն աջակցությունն է մայրաքաղաքում նաև այս մարզաձևի զարգացման ու խթանման ուղղությամբ, առավել ևս հաշվի առնելով, որ Երևանի հեծանվահրապարակն այս մարզաձևի միակ միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխանող մարզական կառույցն է: Հարկ ենք համարում նաև նշել, որ սա պրոֆեսիոնալ հեծանիվների ձեռքբերման ու գույքի համալրման երկրորդ գործընթացն է և այսուհետ էլ կրելու է պարբերական բնույթ, որի արդյունքում ակնկալվում է, որ միջազգային մրցազպարեզներում մեր հեծանվորդները ևս կարձանագրեն նշանակալի հաջողություններ:

Ի դեպ, հիշեցնենք, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի նախաձեռնությամբ դեռևս 2013 թվականից մեկնարկել է մարզօջախների նորոգման և համապատասխան գույքով համալրման ծրագիրը, որը համաչափ զարգացման սկզբունքով շարունակվում է իրականացվել մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում՝ ներառելով Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության բոլոր մարզօջախները:
