Այդպիսի սննդակարգի շնորհիվ դուք կարող եք մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում մինչեւ հինգ կիլոգրամ կորցնել:
Ճաշացանկն այսպիսին է. նախաճաշից 15 րոպե առաջ պետք է 1 բաժակ գոլ ջուր խմել: Սա գործի է դնում նյութափոխանակությունն ու օրգանիզմը նախապատրաստում է սննդի ընդունմանը: Հետո կարելի է մոտ 100 գ անյուղ յոգուրդ կամ կաթնաշոռ օգտագործել եւ թեյ կամ սուրճ խմել՝ անյուղ սերուցքով: Եթե մինչեւ ճաշը քաղց կզգաք կարելի է 1 բաժակ անանուխով թեյ խմել եւ նարինջ կամ տանձ ուտել: Բայց դա կարելի է անել միայն նախաճաշից 3 ժամ հետո:
Ճաշից 10 րոպե առաջ նույնպես պետք է գոլ ջուր խմել: Ճաշին առաջարկվում է մի քանի տեսակի ընտրություն.
Ձկնապուր, լոլիկով աղցան, սեւ հացի երկու կտոր, 3 հատիկ չրով թեյ;
200 գ խաշած դարչնագույն կամ վայրի բրինձ, 100 գ առանց յուղի եւ աղի խաշած միս, վարունգից եւ սալաթի թերթիկներից ձիթայուղով եւ կիտրոնի հյութով պատրաստված աղցան;
150 գ. գոլորշիով եփած ձուկ, վերը նշված 2 տեսակներից ցանկացած գարնիր:
Ճաշից երկու ժամ անց հնարավոր է օգտագործել փոքր քանակությամբ բանջարեղեն՝ բացի կարտոֆիլից: Կամ ուտել կանաչ խնձոր: Կարելի է խմել 1 բաժակ անյուղ կեֆիր:
Ընթրիքից 10 րոպե առաջ նորից գոլ ջուր է պետք խմել: Ընթրիքին առաջրկվում են հետեւյալ տարբերակները.
Աղցան՝ խաշած հավկիթով, 100գ պահածոյացված կալմարով, 2 գդալ եգիպտացորենով, ձիթայուղով եւ կիտրոնի հյութով: Դրան ավելացնում ենք, առանց աղի խաշած չմշակված բրինձ ; 500 գ խաշած ծովախեցգետին առանց համեմունքների եւ աղի,
Առանց աղի ու յուղի խաշած հավի միս եւ գրեյֆրութ;
200 գրամ հորթի միս՝ սխտրով, հավկիթով պատրաստված խաշած ծաղկակաղամբ:
150 գ ձուկ առանց աղի եւ յուղի եւ լոլիկով, ընկույզով, սալաթի տերեւներով, բուլղարական պղպեղով, վարունգով եւ հավկիթով աղցան:
