Կրակոց Ծաղկաձորում գործող «Կոսմոս» խաղատանը․ «Ճվճվ Արոյի» տղան հրազենային վնասվածք է ստացել

Այսօր՝ մարտի 5-ին, Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Մհեր Վարդանյանի որոշմամբ, Հրազդանում ստեղծվել է քննչական խումբ։
Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, խմբում ներգրավված հատկապես կարևոր գործերով ավագ քննիչ Դավիթ Թովմասյանի որոշմամբ, հարուցվել է քրեական գործ ՀՀ․ քր․ օր․-ի 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք կրելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը ) հատկանիշով։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով նշված քրգործը հարուցվել է Երևան քաղաքի Սայաթ-Նովա պողոտայի 12 շենքի 9-րդ բնակարանի բնակիչ, 25-ամյա Սարգիս Արայի Վարդանյանի նկատմամբ։ Մարտի 3-ին, ժամը 23։30-ի սահմաններում Ծաղկաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող «Կոսմոս» խաղատանը կրակոց է հնչում, ինչի հետևանքով Ս․ Վարդանյանը ձախ ոտքի շրջանում ստանում է հրազենային վնասվածք։
Հաջորդ օրը վիրավորը բժշկական օգնության է դիմում Էրեբունու բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ բժիշկները վիրահատում են նրան և կատարվածի մասին տեղեկացնում ոստիկանություն։
Հիվանդանոց ժամանած ոստիկանության ծառայակիցներին, իսկ հետո արդեն ավագ քննիչին Ս․ Վարդանյանը հայտնում է, որ վնասվածքը ստացել է ինքը այն ժամանակ, երբ շունը կծել է իրեն։
Սակայն քննիչների կատարած պրոֆեսիոնալ և օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվում է իրականությունը, որից հետո Ս․Վարդանյանը հայտարարում է, որ իր մոտ եղած Վալտեր տեսակի ատրճանակը ինքը գտել է Արցախի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստան վերադառնալիս՝ Գորիսի վարչական տարածքում, և ստիպված ներկայացնում է իր մոտ ապօրինի պահվող Վալտեր տեսակի ատրճանակը։ Նույն օրը քննիչի որոշմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործի շրջանակում, երբ քննչական բաժինը մեկնում է հիվանդանոց լրացուցիչ քննելու Ս․Վարդանյանին պարզում են, որ նա առանց որևէ մեկին զգուշացնելու հեռացել է հիվանդանոցից։
Գ․ Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով քննչական բաժինը արդեն հանձնարարական է տվել Կոտայքի մարզի ոստիկանությանը, որպեսզի հայտնաբերեն «փախստականին»։ Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ Ս․ Վարդանյանը հանցագործ աշխարհում վարկաբեկված «Ճվճվ Արո» մականվամբ Արա Վարդանյանի տղան է, ով բազմաթիվ անգամներ հայտնվել է քրեական պատմություններում և ամեն անգամ չոր է դուրս եկել ու ազատվել քրեական պատասխանատվությունից։
Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
