Քննիչները հաստատել են Պակ Կըն Հեի մեղսակցությունը կոռուպցիոն սկանդալին

 Հարավային Կորեայի քննիչները խոշորագույն կոռուպցիոն սկանդալի 70-օրյա հետաքննության արդյունքում հաստատել են, որ նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեն մեղսակից Է կաշառակերությանն ու չարաշահումներին՝ իր շրջապատի եւ Ցոյ Սուն Սիլ անունով ծանոթուհու մասնակցությամբ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, մարտի 6-ին հայտնել Է «Ռյոնհապ» գործակալությունը:
Հարավային Կորեայում ծավալված սկանդալը 2016 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 9-ին բերեց նախագահ Պակ Կըն Հեի պաշտոնազրկման, որն այժմ սպասում Է Սահմանադրական դատարանի վերջնական որոշմանը:
Անկախ հետաքննությունը նրա դեմ մեղադրանքներ Է առաջադրել անցած շաբաթ եւ գործը հանձնել Է պետական դատախազություն հետագա հետաքննության համար: Ներկայիս սկանդալի կապակցությամբ, ընդհանուր առմամբ մեղադրանքներ են առաջադրվել 30 մարդու, ներառյալ Samsung կորպորացիայի փաստական ղեկավար Լի Չժե Յոնին:
Մեղադրողների անկախ խմբի քննիչները պնդում են, որ Պակ Կըն Հեն մասնակցել Է Samsung-ի ղեկավարությունից իր ծանոթուհու՝ Սոյ Սուն Սիլի կողմից կաշառքներ ստանալուն՝ պետության կողմից կորպորացիայի բիզնեսին աջակցության դիմաց: 
Բացի այդ, հետաքննությունը եկել Է այն եզրակացության, որ  Պակ Կըն Հեն տեղյակ Է եղել երկրի մշակույթի նախարարությունում 2015 թվականին Հարավային Կորեայի 9473 գործիչներից բաղկացած «սեւ ցուցակի» կազմմանը, որոնք քննադատական վերաբերմունք են ունեցել նախագահի վարչակազմի նկատմամբ:
Նաեւ հաստատվել Է, որ Պակ Կըն Հեն եւ նրա ծանութուհի Յոյ Սուն Սիլը, զգուշանալով գաղտնալսումից, 2016 թվականի ապրիլից մինչեւ հոկտեմբեր բանակցությունների համար օգտվել են այլ անձանց անունով գրանցված շարժական հեռախոսներից: Դա նույնպես Հարավային Կորեայի օրենքների խախտում Է: Ընդամենը, ինչպես պարզվել Է, նրանք անցկացրել են 573 նման հեռախոսազրույց: 
Ցոյ Սուն Սիլը, որը պետական ոչ մի պաշտոն չԷր զբաղեցնում, կալանքի տակ Է եւ մեղադրվում Է պետական գործերին միջամտելու եւ նախագահի հետ կապերի քողի ներքո երկրի ընկերություններից շահ կորզելու մեջ, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
