Հայաստանի և Սիրիայի արտգործնախարարները դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների 25 ամյակի կապակցությամբ ուղերձներ են փոխանակել

ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը և Սիրիայի փոխվարչապետ, արտաքին գործերի և սփյուռքի նախարար Ուալիդ ալ-Մուալլիմը մարտի 6-ին ուղերձներ փոխանակեցին՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետության միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության մամուլի, տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապի վարչությունից, Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն իր ուղերձում նշում է, որ երկու հնագույն ժողովուրդների` հայերի ու սիրիացիների միջև բարեկամական հարաբերություններն անցել են ժամանակի փորձությունը և խարսխվում են փոխադարձ հարգանքի ու վստահության կուռ հիմքերի վրա: Հայաստանի արտգործնախարարը շեշտում է, որ հայ ժողովուրդը չի մոռանա այն մեծ մարդասիրական հոգածությունը, որը Սիրիայի ժողովուրդը դրսևորել է՝ ապաստան տալով Ցեղասպանությունից փրկված իր զավակներին:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանն իր ուղերձում ընդգծում է, որ Հայաստանը սիրիական ճգնաժամի ամենասկզբից միջազգային տարբեր հարթակներում մշտապես բարձրաձայնում է Սիրիայում խաղաղության և անվտանգության հաստատման կարևորությունը, դատապարտում է ահաբեկչությունը, հնարավորության սահմաններում մարդասիրական օժանդակություն տրամադրում Սիրիայի ժողովրդին:
Նախարար Նալբանդյանն, այս նշանակալի հոբելյանի առիթով ի մի բերելով հայ-սիրիական համագործակցության հաջողությունները, համոզմունք է հայտնում, որ հ ամատեղ ուժերով կհաջողվի առավել ընդլայնել և խորացնել փոխգործակցությունը՝ հանուն երկու բարեկամ ժողովուրդների բարօրության։
Ուալիդ ալ-Մուալլիմն իր ուղերձում նշում է, որ Հայաստանի և Սիրիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումը մարմնավորում է սիրիացի և հայ ժողովուրդների պատմական կապերը և արտահայտում քաղաքական, տնտեսական, սոցիալական և մշակութային ոլորտներում հարաբերությունները զարգացնելու կամքը:
Նախարար Մուալլիմն ընդգծում է, որ Սիրիան՝ իր քաղաքական ղեկավարությամբ, կառավարությամբ և ժողովրդով, ամենայն գնահա տանքով է դիտում բարեկամ Հայաստանի նպաստավոր դիրքորոշումները՝ Սիրիայի դեմ ահաբեկչական ագրեսիայի նկատմամբ: Սիրիայի արտգործնախարարը նշում է, որ Սիրիայի ժողովրդի դեմ ագրեսիան կատարող կողմերից մեկը հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ ցեղասպանություն իրականացնող նույն կողմն է, որի քաղաքականությունը խարսխված է միահեծան իշխանության և սուլթանական սին երազանքների վրա, ինչը դատապարտված է ձախողման և ամենավատ հետևանքներ կունենա ագրեսորի համար:
Ուալիդ ալ-Մուալլիմը հավելում է, որ Սիրիան, որը սկսել է հաղթանակներ արձանագրել ահաբեկիչների դեմ, վստահ է, ո ր այն բարեկամները, ովքեր նրա կողքին կանգնեցին ագրեսիայի ժամանակ, նրան ձեռք կմեկնեն ահաբեկչության ավերածությունները վերականգնելու համար: Սա բացառիկ առիթ է հանդիսանում, որ բոլոր ոլորտներում զարգացնենք մեր երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցությունը:
Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանը, շնորհավորելով իր սիրիացի գործընկերոջը՝ դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատման 25-ամյակի կապակցությամբ, Սիրիայի բարեկամ ժողովրդին մաղթում է շուտափույթ խաղաղություն և բարեկեցություն:
