Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը դեռ հեռու են ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման հարցում մի քանի կարևոր կետերի վերաբերյալ պայմանավորվածության հասնելուց: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է ՌԴ արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկեր Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ:
«Մենք հույս ունենք, որ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը ենթակա է կարգավորման: Այդ մասին են խոսում երկար տարիների շփումների արդյունքները, որոնց արդյունքում հաջողվել է մշակել կարգավորման ենթակա առանցքային հարցերի վերաբերյալ ընդհանուր ըմբռնում: Դա անվտանգության հարցն է, նախևառաջ մարդասիրական հարցերն են, այժմ Ղարաբաղի շուրջ գտնվող և Ադրբեջանի կողմից չվերահսկվող շրջանների վերադարձի հարցերն են, դա նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի որոշումն է, անկասկած՝ այնտեղ ապրող մարդկանց հաշվի առնելով: Դա նաև միջազգային խաղաղարար ուժերի պարամետրերի համաձայնեցումն է»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
Այդ կետերի մեծ մասի վերաբերյալ «մենք ունենք համաձայնություն», նշել է նա:
«Բայց երկու-երեք կոնկրետ թեմաներ, որոնք առանցքային են վերջնական փաթեթի համար, դեռ քննարկվում են: Եվ, չեմ թաքցնի, մենք դեռ հեռու ենք նրանից, որ տեսնենք իրավիճակը, երբ կողմերը կմշակեն այդ չհամաձայնեցված հարցերի շուրջ միասնական մոտեցում»,- ասել է նախարարը:
Լավրովի խոսքով՝ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության երկու-երեք առանցքային հարցեր, որոնց մասին խոսվել է Մոսկվայում բանակցությունների ընթացքում, դեռ պահանջում են լրացուցիչ ջանքեր:
«Ներկայիս պայմաններում, մինչև մենք կարողանանք վերսկսել չհամաձայնեցված հարցերի շուրջ բովանդակալից բանակցությունները, հարկավոր է հասնել վերջին ժամանակներում իրավիճակի լարվածության նվազման՝ և՛ շփման գծում, և՛ հանրային տարածքում: Վստահ եմ, որ վստահության ամրապնդման հարցում լուրջ դեր են խաղացել անցած տարվա մայիսին Վիեննայում և հունիսին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայացած վեհաժողովների արդյունքները և ԵԱՀԿ շրջանակներում մշակված առաջարկները: Հարկավոր է նվազեցնել անվստահության այն մակարդակը, որն այժմ, ցավոք, դիտվում է, և մենք հույս ունենք, որ Ադրբեջանը և Հայաստանը կշարժվեն այդ ուղղությամբ, և մենք մեր կողմից ամեն կերպ կաջակցենք դրան»,- ասել է Լավրովը:
