3 խորհուրդ՝ վարսերի աճն արագացնելու համար

Բոլոր աղջիկներն էլ ցանկանում են առողջ ու գեղեցիկ վարսեր ունենալ։ Շատերը սիրում են երկար վարսեր, սակայն չեն կարողանում դրանք երկարացնել։

Tochka-ն գրում է, որ բազմաթիվ կոսմետիկ խնամքի միջոցներն օգուտ չեն տա, եթե սխալ հոգ տանեք ձեր վարսերի մասին։ Ահա մի քանի խորհուրդ, որոնց շնորհիվ կկարողանաք ոչ միայն երկարացնել վարսերը, այլև դրանք առողջ ու թարմ պահել։

1.    Ֆեն մի օգտագործեք։ Եթե ցանկանում եք երկարացնել վարսերը, ապա խուսափեք դրանք ֆենով չորացնելուց։ Իրականում, ֆենն ու վարսահարդարման այլ գործիքները միայն վնասում են վարսերը։ Բնական է, որ ակտիվ կյանքի ռիթմով ապրող ժամանակակից կանայք չեն կարող շատ ժամանակ տրամադրել, որպեսզի վարսերը բնական ճանապարհով չորանան, սակայն դա պարտադիր պայման է, եթե ցանկանում եք առողջ վարսեր ունենալ։ Կարող եք սկսել հանգստյան օրերից։ Այս օրերի ընթացքում խուսափեք ֆենից ու վարսահարդարման այլ գործիքներից։ Ձեր վարսերը կհանգստանան և վերականգնվելու ժամանակ կունենան։

 

 

2.      Հազվադեպ փորձարկումներ արեք։ Ընտրեք այն գույնը, որը ձեզ ամենից շատ է դուր գալիս և միշտ նույն գույնի ներկեք։ Իհարկե, որակյալ ներկերը վնաս չեն տալիս վարսերին, սակայն գույնի ու ներկի հաճախակի փոփոխությունը, ինչպես նաև հաճախակի ներկելը մեծ վնաս են պատճառում ձեր վարսերին։

 

 

3.      Հրաժարվեք դիետաներից։ Դիետաներն իրենցից ենթադրում են որոշ մթերքներից հրաժարվելու գործընթաց, ինչ արդյունքում քաշի կորուստ է նկատվում։ Վարսերի համար տարբեր մթերքների պակասը կարող է աղետալի հետևանքներ ունենալ։ Դրանց պետք է ամբողջական սնուցում։ Եթե ցանկանում եք առողջ ու երկար վարսեր ունենալ, ապա խուսափեք դիետաներից ու առողջ սնունդ օգտագործեք։
