«ՀԿԵ»-ի կողմից իրականացվող երկաթուղային և լաստանավային փոխադրումների սակագները զգալի նվազել են

Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի կառավարությունների միջև անցկացված քննարկումների արդյունքում «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲ ընկերությունը հայտարարում է Մոսկվա-Երևան և հակառակ ուղղությամբ երկաթուղային և լաստանավային փոխադրումների սակագների նվազման մասին։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարության լրատվական ծառայություն ից:
Ինչպես ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանին փոխանցեց ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Սերգեյ Վալկոն, սակագների օպտիմալացման վերաբերյալ վրացական և ռուսական կողմերի հետ տարված բանակցությունների արդյունքում այդ երկրների տարածքով տարատեսակ բեռների փոխադրման սակագների համար ստացվել են նվազեցնող գործակիցներ։
Այսպիսով, մինչև այս տարվա հունվար գործող սակագների համեմատ Մոսկվա-Երևան ուղղության համար երկաթուղային և լաստանավային փոխադրման սակագները կնվազեն 32-35%-ով, իսկ Երևան-Մոսկվա ուղղությամբ մինչև 52-54%-ով` կախված բեռի տեսակից: Սակայն կան բեռնատեսակներ, որոնց փոխադրման սակագները չեն նվազել:
«Վրացական կողմի հետ պայմանավորվածությունը և նոր նվազեցնող գործակիցներն ուժի մեջ են մտել այս տարվա փետրվարի 22-ից, իսկ մարտի 13-ին գործնական ուժ կստանան նաև ռուսական կողմի տրամադրած զեղչված սակագները»,- հայտնեց «ՀԿԵ» ՓԲ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Սերգեյ Վալկոն։
Երթուղին շահեկան է ներմուծող-արտահանողների համար ոչ միայն սակագների մատչելիության տեսանկյունից, այլև այն իրական այլընտրանք է Վերին Լարսով անցնղ ավտոմոբիլային երթուղուն։
Առաջարկվող երթուղու հարմարությունը և ճկուն սակագները թույլ կտան ապահովել լաստանավի ակտիվ աշխատանքը:
Երկաթուղային և լաստանավային փոխադրումներն առավել արդյունավետ են այն տեսանկյունից, որ չեն պահանջում բեռների լրացուցիչ վերաբեռնում երկաթուղային տրանսպորտից ավտոմոբիլայինին:
Արտահանման և ներմուծման համար ծախսվող ֆինանսների խնայման արդյունքում կկրճատվի նաև փոխադրվող բեռի` ապրանքների վերջնական արժեքը, ինչն, անկասկած, իր ազդեցությունը կունենա նաև այդ ապրանքատեսակների գնագոյ ացման և ռուսական շուկայում հայկական ապրանքների մրցունակության վրա։
