Լարսի փակման դեպքում լավագույն այլընտրանքը Հարավային Օսիայի ճանապարհն է. Համբարձումյան

Ավտոտրանսպորտային բեռնափոխադրումներ իրականացնելու համար Լարսի ավտոճանապարհի փակման դեպքում այլընտրանքային լավագույն տարբերակը Հարավային Օսիայի ճանապարհն է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` մարտի 7-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Հայաստանի միջազգային փոխադրողների ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Հերբերտ Համբարձումյանը:

«Հայաստանի ավտոտրանսպորտային բեռնափոխադրումների զգալի մասը` 88 տոկոսից ավելին, կատարվում է Մաքսային միության անդամ երկրների, հատկապես, Ռուսաստանի հետ: Այդ պատճառով Վերին Լարսի անցակետը Հայաստանի համար մեծ ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունի, և դրա փակման դեպքում տնտեսական խնդիրներ է առաջացնում թե երկրի, թե միջազգային բեռնափոխադրող ընկերությունների համար: Ցավոք, Լարսում հաճախ տեղի են ունենում անկանխատեսելի իրադարձություններ` եղանակային անբարենպաստ փոփոխություններ, քարաթափում, ջրածածկումներ և այլն, ուստի մեր նպատակն է եղել գտնել ալընտրանքային ճանապարհներ, որպեսզի մեքենաները այլ ճանապարհով կարողանան անցնել սահմանը»- ասաց Համբարձումյանը:

Ըստ Հայաստանի միջազգային փոխադրողների ասոցիացիայի նախագահի` քննարկվել են 6-ից ավել առաջարկներ, սակայն այդ առաջարկներում եղել են թե բացասական, թե դրական կողմեր:

«Հայաստանի համար կարևոր այլընտրանքային  ճանապարհը Հարավային Օսիայով անցնող ճանապարհն է: Այս ճանապարհը բարենպաստ է և ընդամենը 80 կիլոմետրով է երկար Վերին Լարսից: Եվ մենք ցանկություն հայտնեցինք, որ այն լինի այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը Վերին Լարսի փակման դեպքում: Իհարկե, այնտեղ Հարավային Օսիայի հետ կապված գոյություն ունի քաղաքական խնդիր, և այս խնդիրը Վրաստանում քննարկվում է և նրանք առաջարկել են, որպեսզի Հարավային Օսիայով անցնող ոչ մի մեքենա ոչ մի փաստաթղթում ձևակերպում չունենա: Դա նրանց միակ պայմանն է»,- նշեց Համբարձումյանը և հավե լեց, որ այս խնդիրը բավականին հեշտ լուծվող է:
