«Հարվարդ» չեմ ավարտել, բայց մեծ ճանապարհ եմ անցել. Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Բերդ քաղաքում է

«Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը քարոզարշավը սահմանամերձ Տավուշի մարզից է սկսել, որովհետեւ պետության զարգացումը կախված է երկրի անվտանգությունից: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ մարտի 7-ին, Տավուշի մարզի Բերդ քաղաքում նախընտրական քարոզարավի ժամանակ նշել է դաշինքի առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:
Բերդ քաղաքում Ծառուկյանին եւ նրա թիմակիցներին դիմավորեցին մեծ թվով քաղաքացիներ: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը դիմելով քաղաքացիներին՝ նշեց. «Քարոզարշավը սահմանամերձ գոտուց ենք սկսել, բոլորս էլ գիտենք, որ պետության զարգացումը կապված է սահմանից: Դուք այսօր ոչ միայն բերք ու բարիք ստեղծող եք, այլեւ սահման պահող եք: Մենք այնտեղ մեզ լավ ենք զգում, որովհետեւ գիտենք, որ սահմանը պահող կա: Դուք բոլորդ էլ գիտեք Ծառուկյանին, ես ոչ փողի, ոչ պաշտոնի կարիք չունեմ, բայց չեմ ուզում ձեռքերս ծալած նստել, ուզում եմ օգուտ տալ: Եղել եմ բանվորի ընտանիքից, «Հարվարդ» չեմ ավարտել, բայց մեծ ճանապարհ եմ անցել: Ծառուկյանը սուտ չի սիրում, տղաս էլ լինի՝ պիտի պատժվի»,-իր ելույթում ասաց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նաեւ նշեց, որ Հայաստանում ժողովրդի համար պետք է կարողանալ այնպիսի պայմաններ ապահովել, որպեսզի արտագաղթը դադարի:
«Սահմանամերձ գոտին պետք է տարբերվի մյուս բնակավայրերից, ես միայն բառեր չեմ ասում, ես ասում եմ այն՝ ինչ իրական կյանքում կարող եմ անել: Պետք է ժողովրդին կարողանանք այնպիսի պայմաններով ապահովել, որպեսզի կարողանան այստեղ ապրել ու աշխատել եւ մնան իրենց հայրենիքում: Եթե փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսը հանդիսանում է պետության ողնաշարը, ԱՄՆ-ի պես պետության համար բյուջեի 64 տոկոսը տալիս է փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսը, իսկ Հայաստանում տալիս է ընդամենը 1 տոկոս: Պետք է փոքր ու միջին բիզնեսով զբաղվողների հարկերն իջեցնել, երբ ուժեղանան՝ նոր հարկերը բարձրացնել»,-ասաց նա:
