Պուտինը եւ Օբաման քննարկել են սիրիական ճգնաժամը եւ Ուկրաինայի հակամարտությունը

Նյու Յորքում տեղի է ունեցել ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահ Բարաք Օբամայի եւ Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը, որն առաջինն է դարձել 2013 թվականի ամռանից ի վեր:
Երկու երկրների ղեկավարները հանդիպել են ՄԱԿ-ի կենտրոնակայանում ընթացող Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի նստաշրջանի շրջանակներում:
ԱՄՆ-ի նախագահի հետ բանակցություններից անմիջապես հետո Պուտինը հայտնել է, որ դրանց ուշադրության կենտրոնում Սիրիայի իրադրությունն էր եւ Ռուսաստանի մասնակցությունն այդ հակամարտության կարգավորմանը, ինչպես նաեւ Ուկրաինայի արեւելքի հակամարտությունը:
Բանակցությունները գրեթե կրկնակի երկար են տեւել պլանավորված 50 րոպեից: Ամերիկյան վարչակազմի ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ կողմերը ժամանակի կեսը հատկացրել են Ուկրաինային, իսկ մյուս կեսը՝ Սիրիայի հակամարտությանը: Ռուսաստանի նախագահը հանդիպումը գնահատել է շատ օգտակար ու անկեղծ:
«Այսօրվա զրույցը շատ կառուցողական էր, գործնական եւ զարմանալիորեն շատ անկեղծ»,- ասել է ՌԴ-ի ղեկավարը լրագրողներին: «Մենք գտանք շփման շատ կետեր, բայց կան նաեւ տարաձայնություններ»,- հավելել է Պուտինը:
«Մեր ամերիկացի գործընկերները բավականին պարզ շարադրեցին իրենց դիրքորոշումը բազմաթիվ հարցերի, այդ թվում՝ Ուկրաինայի իրադրության կարգավորման եւ սիրիական թեմատիկայի շուրջ»,- ասել է ՌԴ-ի նախագահը:
Ինչպես հայտնել է Սպիտակ տան ներկայացուցիչը, Բարաք Օբաման Պուտինին իր անհանգստությունն է հայտնել Ուկրաինայի արեւելքի հակամարտության կարգավորման վերաբերյալ Մինսկում ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունների կատարման ընթացքի, մասնավորապես, տեղական ընտրություններ անցկացնելու ինքնահռչակ ԴԺՀ-ի եւ ԼԺՀ-ի ղեկավարության մտադրությունների կապակցությամբ:
Խոսելով Սիրիայի իրադրության մասին՝ Պուտինը բանակցություններից հետո ասել է, որ սիրիացիներն իրենք պետք է վճռեն իրենց ճակատագիրը: Նա բացառել է ռուսական զորքերի մասնակցությունը Սիրիայում ցամաքային գործողություններին:
Պուտինը, սակայն, հավաստել է, որ դիտարկում է «Իսլամական պետության» դեմ օդային գործողություններին Ռուսաստանի մասնակցության հնարավորությունը:
ՌԴ նախագահն ընդգծել է, որ Մոսկվան պատրաստ է վերականգնել վերջին ժամանակներս Վաշինգտոնի հետ վատացած հարաբերությունները: «Մենք միշտ պատրաստ ենք զարգացնել հարաբերությունները, դրանք վերականգնել ամբողջ ծավալով»,- հայտարարել է նա Օբամայի հետ հանդիպումից հետո:
Ավելի վաղ երկու նախագահները ելույթ են ունեցել Գլխավոր ասամբլեայի ամբիոնից եւ տրամագծորեն հակառակ կարծիքներ հայտնել մի շարք կարեւոր հիմնախնդիրների, այդ թվում՝ Սիրիայի խնդրի շուրջ:
Բարաք Օբաման հայտարարել է, որ սիրիական հակամարտության կարգավորումն անհնարին է, քանի դեռ իշխանության գլուխ է Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշար Ասադը:
Վլադիմիր Պուտինը կոչ է արել աջակցություն ցուցաբերել նախագահ Ասադին, քանի որ, նրա կարծիքով, Ասադը երկրի միակ օրինական ղեկավարն է:
Ընդսմին, ինչպես նշում է BBC-ն, եւ Օբաման, եւ Պուտինն ընդգծել են «Իսլամական պետության» դեմ համատեղ պայքարի կարեւորությունը:
