Внимательно посмотри на куриное мясо, которое собираешься купить. Если заметишь белые полосы — ни в коем случае не бери его! Полосочки белого цвета свидетельствуют о том, что курица росла слишком быстро и ее жировая ткань развивалась неравномерно. Такое мясо содержит вредные жиры и добавки, может быть не только не вкусным, но и вредным для здоровья, увы.
Немного статистики: около 90 % куриного мяса, которое есть в продаже — это мясо кур, выращенных на птицефермах. Их кормят антибиотиками и гормонами, в итоге бройлерные куры вырастают за полтора месяца до размера взрослой птицы. В 4 раза быстрее, чем обычная курица, которая растет 6 месяцев!
Ты не отравишься таким мясом, если приготовить курицу с бледными прожилками единожды. Но при постоянном употреблении мясо бройлерных кур вредит работе внутренних органов и гормональному фону, способствуют ожирению, может стать причиной заболеваний печени и почек.
