ԱՄՆ-ն Վրաստանին մոտ 70 մլն դոլար կհատկացնի որպես ռազմական օգնություն

ԱՄՆ-ն Վրաստանին է հատկացնելու 60-ից 70 մլն դոլար որպես ռազմական օգնություն, հայտնել է Վրաստանի Զինված ուժերի Գլխավոր շտաբի ղեկավար Վլադիմիր Չաչիբայան։

«Որքանով ես հասկանում եմ, գումարներն արդեն հատկացվել են։ Խոսքը մոտավորապես 60-70 մլն դոլարի մասին է»,- ասել է Վրաստանի ԶՈւ Գլխավոր շտաբի ղեկավարը։

Անցած տարվա վերջին Վրաստանն ու ԱՄՆ-ն անվտանգության ոլորտում շրջանակային համաձայնագիր են ստորագրել 2016-2019 թթ համար։ Ավելի ուշ հայտնի է դարձել, որ Վազիանի ավանում ԱՄՆ աջակցությամբ կառուցվելու է մարտական նախապատրաստման կենտրոն՝ Գերմանիայի Խոխենֆելս բազայի նմանությամբ։

«Վիզիանին ընտրել են, որովհետեւ կողքին հրաձգարան կա, ինչը հեշտացնում է լոգիստիկ ապահովման հարցերը։ Վրաստանը ունիկալ է նրանով, որ Վազիանի տարածքն օրինակ հնարավորություն է տալիս օրուգիշեր ցանկացած տեսակի գործնական վարժանքներ անցկացնել՝ առանց բնակչությանը անհանգստացնելու։ Ինչպես գիտեք, տարածքը խիտ բնակեցված չէ։ Այնտեղ անապատ է, եւ կարելի է թե գիշերը , թե ցերեկը կրակ բացել»,- նշել է Չաչիբայան։

Վրաստանի ԶՈՒ Գլխավոր շտաբի ղեկավարի խոսքով մարտական նախապատրաստման կենտրոնի շինարարությունը ենթադրում է մի շարք ենթակառուցվածքային նախագծերի իրականացում։ Օրինակ զորամասերի , խոհանոցի, դասասենյակների կառուցում, նաեւ համակարգչային տեխնոլոգիաների ներդրում, ինչը կներգրավի եվրոպական երկրների զինծառայողներին։ «Եվրոպական երկրներում գործնական վարժանքները նշված հնարավորությունները խիստ սահմանափակ են, քանի որ շատ երկրներում Զինված ուժերին գրեթե ոչինչ չի պատկանում։ Համապատասխանաբար ռազմական պատրաստվածության լուրջ խնդիրներ կան այն առումով, որ վարժանքների վայրեր չեն մնացել ու նրանք փորձում են այլ երկրներում գտնել այլընտրանքային հրաձգարաններ, եթե կարելի է այդպես ասել, որտեղ զինծառայողները կկարողանան վարժվել»,- հավելել է Չաչիբայան։
