«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է.
«Սագմար» ՓԲԸ-ն, որի գործունեությունը կապվում է Սյունիքի նախկին մարզպետ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի անվան հետ, հայտնվել է պետական եկամուտների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։
«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը պարզեց, որ 2015 թվականի մարտի 18-ին ընկերության անունով հորատող մեքենա է արտահանվել այլ երկիր, սակայն ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո ընկերության տնօրեն Կարեն Ղազարյանը չի կատարել անհրաժեշտ վարաձեւակերպումը։ Այդ թերացման հետեւանքով պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն «Սագման» ՓԲԸ-ին տուգանել է շուրջ 10 միլիոն դրամի չափով։
Նշենք, որ 2016 թվականին «Սագման» ՓԲԸ-ի աշխատակիցները բողոքի ակցիա էին կազմակերպել՝ պահանջելով վճարել իրենց աշխատավարձերը։ Իսկ ընկերության տնօրինությունն էլ որպես աշխատավարձերի ուշացման պատճառ նշել էր այն փաստը, որ ՓԲԸ հաշիվները 2015թ.-ի ամռանը հարկային ստուգումների ժամանակ հայտնաբերված 950 մլն դրամի հոնորարի պարտքի պատճառով ֆինանսների նախարարության կողմից կալանքի տակ են։
Այնպես որ, Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանին պատկանող ընկերությունը գտնվում է շատ վատ վիճակում»:
